We needed an electrician due to we thought that we had a problem in our garage. Wes showed up on time even early if I remember correctly and was just wonderful. Par for the course, what was wrong when i made the appointment was not wrong when he arrived. Personality was great, professionalism was awesome and he knew exactly what he was doing. I have worked in the service field and if I had my own company, He would be the kind of employee that I would want. He checked everything out and changed out the outlet we had issues with. It was week and getting warm. He also checked out a couple of other things us. Again Wes was awesome and we now have a new electrical company. GREAT job Wes. Thanks so very much.
To prepare for installing bidet toilet seats, today I had two outlets installed in my bathrooms and in my opinion, the EE in EES stands for EXCELLENCE, EXCELLENCE! Wes Jamison and his apprentice Tim were absolutely phenomenal and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did! In a time where outstanding customer service is becoming a thing of the past, that isn't the case here. I can't say enough about this team's professionalism, courtesy and just all around excellent customer service skills! I highly recommend them to any homeowner in need of an electrician and without question, I will be using them for all of my future electrical needs. Thanks Wes and Tim - I really appreciated your help today!
We have used Enhanced Electrical during several renovation projects and have been more than impressed with Robbie and Dennis. They are VERY prompt, efficient, tidy and best of all, friendly. They have done a very high quality job every time. I highly recommend Enhanced Electrical!!
As first time homeowners and not sure what to expect, my husband and I had great experiences with Jim and Joe. Jim came out and checked out an unusual find and gave us a candid solution. After asking for other opinions we went with EES and Joe was sent out and fixed the problem like Jim had said. He also looked at a couple other concerns and was efficient and direct. After reading some of these other reviews, I am looking forward to working with them on future projects.
