Helpful people and smooth service. I rented a van and needed all the seats folded and they were happy to help. Also let me park my car in their lot for 6 hours. Highly recommend this place

Getting in and out was easy and quick. Car was clean and worked well. I am horrible with names but I think it was Josh or Justin or J... who helped me on both ends and he was very nice. He even noted I had left my personal transponder on the windshield and gave it back to me! I was able to grab a lift home as I live in Belmont and that was awesome - nice driver!

If there's a better place to rent a car, I don't know where to go.  It's a fairly small operation with a young staff that just kills you with kindness on the customer service side.  I dare you to rent a car from anywhere else in the Greater Boston Area, and then come see these studs.  The hustle is real, boys 'n girls!

It’s always a pleasure to rent a car from this location. The staff here are all professional, friendly, and make renting a car a pleasant experience.

Not clean, interior windows filthy, front and back.  Took it back and was told "thats the residue from the cleaning liquid".  I've never seen residue from windex like this.  Ended up  cleaning it myself.  Waste of time driving back.  This was a rental while my damaged regular car was being fixed.

Great price & great service.  They made it very easy to get a car on short notice and I would 100% use them again when in Boston.

Only issue I had is I couldn't rent through the Enterprise website. At checkout, it kept prompting me to input an email address even though I input my email. I even tried a different email and same error. Called the listed phone number and booked online via a general agent very easily. Picked up car at the Watertown location the next day at 8AM prompt - they were open and ready to help me out. I booked a standard car and got upgraded to a new model Lexus sedan - no complaints here! Was out of their parking lot by 8:15AM. Upon returning, I went to top off the gas and the gas tank release button would not work. Finally got it to open and returned the car after hours via key drop off. Called the next day to let them know about the gas issue in which they apologized and said they would take care of it. Overall, very good experience and will use them again if I need a rental.

I needed a rental car while repairs were being made to my vehicle. Enterprise made the whole process easy and painless. The staff was friendly and took care to explain how to process my rental.  Kudos to the staff in Watertown, MA.

I had a terrible experience with those guys. Terrible customer service and even worse business management.  1st of all they call me to confirm my reservation and when I showed up they couldn't find it. When I got the car, the brakes were terrible and the seats dirt.  Then in the middle of my rental agreement, I was overcharged $167. When I called and tried to explain that, the lady couldn't do her job so I needed to SKIP WORK and show up at the branch to show them they were wrong, things that could've been resolved by the phone at first place.  Now I am waiting on my deposit to come back, and I am pretty sure I will have a hard time again.  By the way, I got a car at Enterprise Waltham, for the half of the price that Watertown offered me and way better customer service.  Terrible experience!
