Enterprise has a great fleet and a solid local team, but as a whole I would not use them again. I have received multiple citations for vehicles with out-of-state plates in NY. These were for days and times in areas where I didn't travel. I had the backup to prove it, but gone through too many hoops. The city of White Plains being the biggest criminal in the incident. if I were in to conspiracy theories I'd say they had a good thing going taking advantage of drivers. I won't be using them again. Their phone customer service is horrible
Excellent customer servicde, I rent here regularly and every time it's a breeze! Keep in mind it's a small place and if you are after a particular car or size, make sure you communicate that to them as they might have to bring it from elsewhere and that takes time. Hightly recommend!!!
I would not rent car anywhere else. I appreciate the professionalism of all enterprise rental locations, especially the location here in Mount Kisco, New York. Connor, the manager, and all of his staff are exceptional at helping care for their clients.
Have used them multiple times and had great experiences. Easy to contact and helpful if changes were needed. Wait is long on the summer weekends, to be expected.
My husband had a car rented at this location. On his way down to pick up the car he called to make sure everything was in order and they DID NOT HAVE A CAR FOR HIM!! They tried to say they called last night, lies, no missed call, no voicemail. My husband rents from Enterprise often so they cannot say they called a different number, etc. They didn’t have a car and didn’t call. Even if they did call, how is notice the night before adequate? Would you want to be in this situation scrambling for a car? And you know what they did for him? NOTHING! No call to another location, no assistance, absolutely screwed him and did nothing about it. This company will leave you without a car and without help! First experience with this location. If you actually want the car you rent, do NOT make a reservation here. This was for a business trip which is now ruined. Great job! Your customer service is the worst. Here’s hoping this review costs you business! Do not take reservations you cannot honor! My husband works for a Fortune 500 company and rest assured they will be notified of the disaster that Enterprise has caused due to not having his car.
The gentlemen at this location are detail oriented and wonderful to deal with! Chris was extremely attentive and helpful.
Went with an elderly friend that needed a car. Clerks were patient and accommodating. Easy rental
We’ve rented cars here on several occasions and are always pleased to have such a great experience. They seem to always have good cars and the staff are helpful, friendly, and get the job done quickly.
On pick up and return, I speny less than 10 minutes on site. I remember saying to the staff how incredibly smooth the whole process was. Everyone was friendly as well.
I have rented a lot of cars in my life. A lot. I have to say this may just have been my best experience yet. The called me ahead of my appointment to make sure everything was on schedule. They picked me up from the auto body shop where I had work done on my car exactly when they said they were. All 3 people I worked with there were friendly, professional and went WAY beyond the call of duty. I would recommend them over any other rent a car in Westchester. Hands down. Not even a competition.
