Beware making a reservation for this or any other location in the area. Their reservation system will allow you to book a car even if they don’t have one. You’ll either find out when you arrive or an hour before when they call and say “oh we don’t have any cars, I know your booked but we’re short today” enterprise needs to monitor their inventory a lot better. If your sold out then don’t take reservations. Period
I required the rental of a car that could comfortably accommodate 6 passengers. When I reserved the car online, I was confirmed a 7 passenger vehicle. Several days after placing the reservation, the local office contacted me to advise that I may not be able to get the car I reserved. The staff at the office worked with me to accommodate my request. Enterprise should not accept a reservation for a car that they cannot guarantee to the person making the reservation.
Great service. Rav4 was in great condition. I didn't have to wait long during pickup and drop off. The guys were very friendly. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience! I got a rental through the warranty for my vehicle through the dealership while my truck was in for service and it was such a hassle. My warranty paid for the rental and enterprise still charged me for it as well. Still trying to resolve it 2 months later. Communication and customer service are deplorable with enterprise! Never again will I go through enterprise rentals! Would give 0 stars if possible.
They said I can’t use a debit card. It has to be a credit card. Which makes no sense whatsoever. Never had that issue anywhere in my entire life. Ruined my day off plans. Enterprise is dumber than a sack of hammers. Doofy behind the counter had no real argument other than “Uh yeah it’s just company policy. There’s nothing I can do.” Worthless.
Although every time I rent, there’s always that one car that just doesn’t fit my needs or should I say stinks like weed that is beyond your control, but always accommodating. I cannot say enough about your employees and how grateful I am with the service and dedication to the job. I would never rent a car anywhere else, even if it was a dollar a day you don’t get the same experience kind and prompt service Enterprise really knows how to hire great people and they train them. Well everyone is knowledgeable about their job. And always helpful. Thank you again for another amazing experience written, Frederick , James Scheidler.
Caring associates. Very very nice. I kept renting the vehicle after the 5 days were up for another 5 days and they worked with me on that. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Car was clean, thanks guys AWESOME JOB!!!!
I bought a Challenger, I rented a car, I work for them. They are great all the way around people. Don't go anywhere else... You see why when you try enterprise next time you need a rental. I even bought a car thru enterprise sales? There's just one girl tiny ...I don't remember her name she's a small skinny woman.. Girl. She's nasty everytime I go in there...I can't even tell you why I give up trying to be nice to that one. But everyone else is top shelf. Respectful knowledgeable people. I was genuinely surprised how great they are in all my dealings with enterprise
Rent at your own risk with this location. They provide cars on empty and expect it be returned empty and provide no refund but will expect payment if gas is not matched. The leadership at this location is Awful and they do not explain tolls or how they work. They want to steal the service fees of $10. Rent elsewhere don't learn the hard way!
Wonderful! I've been there more than once, not only to rent but also to purchase a car. Easy, no hassle, no pressure, very friendly staff, they are willing to help and explain everything to you. I made a purchase, and I'm very happy with it. I highly recommend!
