Staff is very friendly and super helpful. The cars are well cared for and I've never had any problems that we didn't solve. It's a busy place but you're never in there waiting for too long. I've rented from here multiple times and will continue to do so as long as I am in the area.
It was a joke getting the car. Then they called and I had it reserved through the body shop for the following week and they picked it up early on Monday and did not provide me with another rental as my car was having repairs on Tuesday. The associate was rude and unprofessional. Then the body shop had to provide an additional rental that was all scattered up on the outside and dirty inside the vehicle. Disgusting. Extremely dissatisfied with Enterprise in Stevens Point and Baraboo.
Your compassion and empathy sucks my fiancee made an online reservation because she works 16 hr shifts as a nurse instead of replying to her email for reservation you tried calling someone that sleeps during your business hours .then when she called to see where her car was and why it wasn't delivered she was told you don't deliver from your location and there was no car reserved for her because she didn't call you back . I suggest you take your online reservation more seriously as far as I am concerned very poor business etiquette . She had to wait for a car that should of been ready for her at noon today truly embarrassed for your company
I was up in the area a few months ago, and my truck broke down. I was having a bad day, but the folks at this Enterprise facility were AWESOME! Thank you for being nice and helping me during my bad day.

I had recently experienced an assault by a deer on my Audi A8. I was left suddenly with no vehicle, no means of transportation at all. I was fortunate enough to live in a city where an Enterprise Rent-A-Car is located. I read mostly unpleasant, negative reviews about this location and was not looking forward to going through what I now expected to b a huge hassle with some people who hate their jobs. I couldn’t have been more relieved to find the complete opposite of what I had read. Every employee that I came in contact with, particularly Chloe, was so eager to help, patient with all my questions and made the whole process of renting a car a piece of cake. Best part of it all was that Enterprise and Progressive handled my insurance claim with very little assistance from me. All around outstanding customer service! Thanks Chloe and the rest of the Enterprise team! Theresa
Stevens Point Enterprise was awesome to deal with! The car was waiting at the airport just like they said it would be and had zero issues getting it and leaving it!
I explained to them what I wanted and needed and they ensured I was completely satisfied even when they didn't have what I needed initially.
Well the people that I dealt with and Enterprise Rent-A-Car or very knowledgeable and they took time to explain the rental the fees the gas refill. I would recommend renting from them the gentleman that take care of us was polite courteous and knowledgeable. After I return the vehicle I received a call from them letting me know that they received the vehicle the gas checked out and everything was okay so they just charged me my regular fee and return my deposit thank you Enterprise I will definitely be renting from you guys again!!!!!
