Hell my name is deannara rios and I must say this location was so helpful expecially Mickaihley Schmitt. She's was very polite professional and I give 5 stars without a problem. Best manager ever I highly recommend if u visit this location you have to ask for this girl she gets the job done.
Horrible experience today! Never would I go again. My insurance recommended them. Never again. Told me they Sold my rental. Then said they would find another one. Then gave it away because they didn't see me in the lobby. Horrible!
Horrible service! WILL NEVER RENT A CAR HERE AGAIN. I had a reservation for 2pm did not receive the car until 2:40 . CAR WAS BEING "CLEANED" which is why the car was "late" . We received a completely FILTHY CAR!! FOR OUR 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND. THEY HAD NO OTHER CAR AVAILABLE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
I made an online order for a rental car for 9:30 am. When I arrived at their office at 10:30 the office was closed and there was a sign that said they would be back at 11. I waited for an hour, and nobody showed up. I canceled my order
They treated me with respect. Kyle that works there is very cool. He was very concerned about my safety in the car that I was driving. If anyone needs to rent a car, go to enterprise rent a car.

Daryl did a great job walking me through the whole rental process. He was very thorough and patient plus very personable with some insights of where to eat in the Chicago area.
They don’t have enough cars ever and never answer the phone. Don’t even bother calling because you’ll be on hold for 2 hours.
India Dixon is a God send! The best customer service I've gotten from any establishment. Extremely friendly, courteous, and greatly helpful. I highly recommend her for all rental needs. Thank you so much!!!! I'm very appreciative
