Vehicle I got was full of dog hair and had Knicks on the windshield and door dings all over it. How are they supposed to keep up with who does the damage bc they look at it for 5 seconds then let you have it. Then I didn't get my full deposit back! I called to ask why at 4:40pm. They close at 5. They left me on hold until 5:00 then hung up the call!!!! And why do they not give you a vehicle on a full tank so you can bring it back on full instead of trying to get it exactly where you picked it up? They even said don't worry about getting it exact just get it close. There should be no reason what so ever that I didn't get a full deposit back.
Best service ever. Reserved a suv and they were old out but when I reserved it was fine . Well, they called other locations and they went basically out their way . Beth Colleoni very professional and courteous and Brigitte Evans-Brown went out her way by talking to manager and making it happen. I will continue and refer everyone to the Best Enterprise in SA
Horrible horrible place! I had to have a car while mine was in the shop. They knew I was coming the next day and what I wanted I specifically said NO truck. I get there and of course that’s the “only” vehicle he has and tells me to bring it back tomorrow and he will put me in something else. I come back the next day to no surprise they had no other car. I ended up having to go to Shreveport to get a car. I highly recommend enterprise at the airport in Louisiana or the one on Texas St in bossier they are great! I’ll never go back to the enterprise in Marshall Tx ever again!
I just picked up a car from the Marshall Enterprise. I was a little scare because I have heard bad stuff about them. I have spoken to Chris and he was so nice. Today I spoke to Terrance I believe that is his name. He was also so nice. He knew what he was doing and checked the car over for me before I left. I don’t know much about how the company runs but this young man was superb. I wish him the best.

I wouldn’t rent a car anywhere else! Chris was a fantastic help, and made the process hassle free. Will rent from here again in the future.
I rented a suv online starting Aug. 24th 2022. It gave me a reservation and time of 12pm to pic up. A guy at the desk inside said they always say a reservation and time because they do have the rentals. BUT they won't be ready until Thurs because they will not be cleaned up and ready !!??

Colby was the worst person I ever encountered at Enterprise, vehicle had been reserved, I get there to pick it up, im told the person that has it, extended it, and it would not be ready until 10 ,I was due to pick up at 7:30. I raised my voice and cursed out of frustration, Colby tells me no raising my voice or cursing is allowed as this is a family establishment. I apologized for raising my voice. This rental was booked several weeks in advance, you only have 1 premium SUV. I hope to NEVER see him again, and will probably choose another rental agency in the future. Absolutely no way to do business. Very poor customer service. Marshall branch was 100 % better, thank you Shelby, for your kindness and patience in assisting me with getting another rental, and for your Honesty.
This is the most unprofessional car rental place I’ve ever used. This is not the first nor second time they’ve allowed reservations to be made with no vehicles. It’s frustrating because they always wait until you get there to let you know there’s nothing available. No courtesy call nothing! There’s a car dealership right across the street. There’s no reason why no contract has been in alliance with them , so these issues won’t happen anymore! Customer service is poor as well. No options. No recommendations. Just “we don’t have any vehicles at the time” ! The only reason I rated it 1 star because zero wasn’t an option!
