I was at Pony Village Mall during the annual Veterans' stand down. An event that helps veterans and their families in all areas of their life and makes it known the information and resources that they can call upon for help. They also have a bunch of health and physical resources for low-income to no-income at risk or homeless veterans. When I came out my truck was disabled. Yellow cab was giving free rides to veterans. They gave me a right to enterprise where Ed waited after hours for me. They were immensely helpful and got me into a car quickly. Even though they had to wash it in detail it and do all of that while I was there. They went way beyond. I don't have enough good things to say about them. They were just amazing. I got to sleep in my own bed because of them.
By far the worse experience I have ever had with any rent-a-car company. Pat Ferguson was the worse and if she is the standard for Enterprise then this company has gone downhill. I rented a vehicle and due to some mechanical issues, I contacted the local office in Coos Bay and express my concerns on the safety of the vehicle. Aiden encouraged me to contact Roadside Assistance and stated that they will let me know what steps to take. I then contacted the number provided and they said that they will gladly due to the swap and to just go to the Coos Bay branch. Once I arrived there I was greeted by Patricia Ferguson and I informed her of the issues with the car and how roadside assistance informed me to come down and swap the truck well this is when I received the worse customer service ever! Patricia A. Ferguson stated that she did not have a car for me so I told her that I was informed by Roadside assistance to come and swap the car and I explained to her that I did not feel safe in the vehicle. She responded that I needed to take the car to a local tired shop and that they would decide if the rental needed to be swapped. I told her that I could not spend more than 15min in a shop as I was on my work break and that I did not feel it was my responsibility to take a car that was not mine to a tired shop that was not even an enterprise location. Her response was that in fact, it was my RESPONSIBILITY to take the car to the tired shop and that if I would spend less time "arguing" with her I can go and handle the issue at the tired shop. I informed her that she was being rude and confrontational and not helping my situation at all. That's when another customer that heard everything encouraged me to reach out to customer service as she was having the same issue. The fact that this lady treated me this way is unacceptable I am the customer and expressed my concerns about my safety. This individual did not care in fact she said it was "my responsibility" to take a car that is not mine to get a tired check. I just do not understand why enterprise has these standards for their employers. I am very disappointed and the service I receive.
this enterprise is awful, we called prior to say our car was making awful noises with the brakes and to be able to get a new car. This car was an old Chevy equinox with over 50k miles. They told us they didn’t receive any email stating we needed a new car and they told us to take THEIR car to the mechanic ourselves… sheesh. The guy kept calling our car a mini van and kept stating he didn’t know what was wrong with it even though we told him the issues. If you want a rental place that doesn’t care about your safety. Go here.
Made a reservation for a car a week or so prior to needing it. The day we were supposed to pick it up, they told me they don't have any cars. They said placing a reservation doesn't mean they'll have cars available and that they had 14 other people with reservations also waiting for cars that day. Edit to respond to reply from owner: I already talked with Pam when the issue occurred, she made it clear this was the expected result. I also called the corporate number and they assured me I'd get a call back that never happened. I don't see how emailing you will make a difference.
Aiden helped us and he was amazing, a top customer service is always greatly appreciated. One of the best customer services that I’ve got out of Enterprise.
Unfortunately owner/manager struggles to maintain rental schedule with cleaning needs and empty assurances that leave him juggling cars erratically. Policies for insurance and store rental policies don't follow routine making things more difficult when you arrive. From one rental to the next different things were neccessary and will change based on what he has available leaving you feeling overwhelmed at a time you could really use the ease of a smooth process. Chose a different insurance company that does not work with Enterprise as it's preferred rental agency due to our local option not being a good fit for myself, my daughter and for extended family and friends the last couple of years. Understandable in one or two instances to find off days with a business but every instance the struggle was not worth the effort. I recommend Toyota car rental. Cheaper, amazing customer service, more variety of cars and overall better feeling all around with their service.
I have always had such a great experience dealing with this enterprise branch. Everything is exactly how it should be and ready when it’s scheduled and the customer service is next level. Even if they don’t have what you’re needing at their branch they’re happy to call around and get everything coordinated for you. I am always happy to give them my business. Today I was contacted by Pat regarding a reservation and she was unprofessional and downright rude. Not at all what I am used to in my years of doing business with enterprise. Very disappointed.
We didn’t rent our vehicle from this specific location; however, this location’s staff member Pat helped us with logistics for getting our car back up and running after a flat tire. Pat was incredible and we are so thankful we had her to help us. She fixed an error the call center made, connected us with a tow truck and helped us every step of the way to be back on the road in a few short hours 2!!. Pat went above and beyond to help us. If this is an example of what to expect from Enterprise - we’d always choose them! Thank you so much Pat for a great experience despite the circumstances. We really appreciated you!
This place was a pain to deal with, though half of that is because their company has them using ancient constantly freezing tablets. Workers are friendly.
Great customer service! I will definitely go back when I need to rent a car.
