This place definitely deserves more than 3.9 It was my 2nd time renting from them. I recieved a great service, everyone was so nice. Akeem Love made sure I had a great SUV so I can get to my destination safe. He is very professional and always in a good mood. I would also give some credit to the person who clean the cars. My car looked/felt clean and smelled good. Thank you! I’ll be back for sure.
Having been an Enterprise customer for the past 28 years, this location has ended this relationship with piss-poor customer service. For a company, who earned mine and many customers' business by picking you up, to pull what they pulled on me today, is unacceptable. After speaking to the branch manager, Matt, yesterday, and explaining my situation of needing to be picked up at the repair center, he set an appointment at his time convenience 10:45 a.m.. When I arrived at the repair shop, I called and was told that I could take an Uber and be reimbursed. I feel like I was intentionally set up to be hung out to dry, and I was. Right to the Hertz location, where I was upgraded, treated like a customer should be at a lower rate and made to feel like they appreciated my business. Good bye Enterprise.
The majority of my car rental needs is fulfilled by Enterprise. I always receive great service and a reliable rental. No stress. However the most recent experience hit differently. First I had an appointment to pick and waited a bit to finally be serviced. We literally walked the parking lot to find the car. He made sure the car was clean and ok to drive. He showed me some features of the car. And away I went. I drove a block and the engine light came on. Service now. And oil light came on. I called and brought the car back. A female attendant helped me and she checked the car. She assured me that the oil had been changed recently. And that she reset the car. I was already running late and told her I trusted what she told me and left. Suffice to say, the service now indicator was on the whole time I had the car. Nothing happened but it was concerning. A female team member did call to follow-up during my trip and suggested I can exchange the car at any Enterprise. I will continue to use Enterprise but probably won’t use that Enterprise Rental location. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.
We were helped by DeShaun Osborne. He went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction. I own my own business and a employee like that is hard to come by!! Definitely a value to Enterprise and thankful for the help he gave us!
The customer service was excellent, and I received a nice, clean ,newer vehicle.
From the time I was picked up to the time I returned my car I have to say Akeem Love located at 99 Eglin Parkway, suite 25 in FWB gave me top of the line customer service. His professionalism and sincerity made my bad situation fender bender more tolerable. Kudos to Enterprise for employing such an amazing individual. I highly reccomend his service at Enterprise Rent-a-car
UPDATE.. OK once I was able to get a hold of Enterprise it was an easy process. I dropped my car off at the shop and they picked me up and took me back to the rental place and had a car ready for me immediately. It was similar to my Nissan Altima. It was a Chevy Malibu . It all worked out in the end Ok so far it's been a bad experience. Enterprise called and left me a message that they wanted to give me a rental car for my upcoming accident repair. I called them back the very next day on the number they told me, and it just rang and rang and rang all day long. It never went to voicemail, and nobody answered it. And when I looked up the number in Google, it was the same number so I had no other way of getting a hold of them. Two days later I’ve called again and the same thing happened and I hung up and waited for about an hour and called back and finally somebody answered! I don’t know what the car rental process is going to look like if it’s going to look anything like the reservation policy.
Zero stars is more appropriate for this location and maybe even the company... reserved a vehicle, called ahead because we were not able to meet the 5pm closing window. Next morning we're told they gave our reservation to someone else and of course no other rentals in the area. This seriously messed up our vacation... Do yourself a favor and avoid. Never using again...
Was totally thrilled with our experience with enterprise. We waited a day because they were so busy they had a line out the front door. When we came back the manager said go eat breakfast while we get your car ready. Came back to another employee giving our rental car to someone else. The manager caught this and we had to wait another 30 min but she scrambled and found us a car. She also gave us another day b4 our start time and told us to bring it back on empty. Turned out great.
Normally I would give this location a 5 star. The employees are great and the service is always top notch. My most recent experience wasn’t the best. I was given a car that didn’t have updated license plate sticker and it causes me to get pulled over 2 times, which was hassle. Secondly, when I went to check out the bill was $800 instead of $500 numbers are not exact. No one can explain to me why. I have tried calling HQ with no luck. I have a corkage account with enterprise and this last experience might make me move to another provider, if the issue isn’t solved.
