I've had a reservation for 2 months to get a car while my Durango is in the shop to get fixed. The morning I took my ride in, the lady from the body shop called over so they could come and get me they didn't have anything for me. How do you not have anything when I've had a reservation for 2 months. So now I have to wait till tomorrow to take my durango in to get fixed at 4:30 pm because that is the earliest I can get a rental. Not real happy
Enterprise goes above and beyond. Brad brought my rental to Dillaman’s for me. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. I am always impressed with the level of service from Meadville Enterprise.
I’ve lived in the meadville area for years and tried to rent from this location a multitude of times. The chances of them actually having a vehicle available for rent, regardless if you want to rent the same day, or book a reservation 5 days in advance are about 40% or less. You’d think eventually management would realize that they need more inventory but it hasn’t happened in the past 15 years so the likelihood of it happening anytime in the future likely isn’t all that high. UPDATE: Rating changed to reflect the fact that their response to their Google ratings are all computer generated. Twice I’ve been asked for my reservation number so they can resolve the issue when the issue was not being able to get a reservation in the first place.
Excellent clean vehicle wipers needed replaced took to local shop and got them replaced. Left item in cargo area called a couple days later and they had it and was able to pick-up
Unless you have a week advance notice that you’re gonna be needing a car they will never be able to accommodate you, they keep like 3-4 cars at this branch. Seriously there’s been a few instances in the past few years where I needed to rent a vehicle on a day or two notice and you call enterprise and it goes to the reservation center and they assure you the branch has “availability” and then the branch calls a few hours later and says “sorry we don’t.” They need a better system of true inventory/availability because this isn’t working and it screws people because they think they have a legit reservation only to find out hours later, syke! We don’t have any cars. Like I said this isn’t the first time, then when you voice your displeasure instead of dealing with the complaint they act fake and hang up. I’m over this branch
I was so impressed by my recent experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Meadville, Pa. I have rented from them multiple times and never had a bad experience. This time I rented a sedan and the description said "Mitsubishi Mirage or similar." When I showed up to pick up my car, they gave me a 2019 Dodge Charger. Talk about an upgrade! I was so excited to have such a flashy car for the weekend. It made my weekend getaway even more special. Thanks, Enterprise!
Have to pay a $200 deposit along with rental car fee. Bring two bills with you. that are not in disconnection or shut off. To much trouble for this and I'm an Enterprise VIP member. I just took my own car, Wanted a easy ride to a long drive.
Hubby rented a car here as his car was going in for repairs for about 3 days. When he dropped the rental off he noticed the charge was over $60 higher than what he was originally told. The clerk told him they didn't charge him enough so they added it on after the fact. Hubby called the bank and was refunded the difference. We will never trust them again. You lost our business.
Absolutely terrible experience. I reserved a car a week in advance and arrived on time. I then waited 40 minutes to just be told that I would in fact need to get a different car than requested and on top of that pay an additional amount that was never mentioned to me. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The lack of communication, professionalism and respect was unreal. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Terrible!
I rented the compact level, but expected a bit more. It was a NIssan Versa. The car smelled so bad I thought someone was smoking in it. It was not clean either. Looked like it was not wiped down at all on the inside. Spots and sticky. The car speakers were blown/popping and not very good. I get what I paid for, I guess. The employee was good. He was polite and fast. The 2 stars are his part, so a zero stars on the car and 4 stars for the employee.
