I had the pleasure of working with Fred at the Enterprise Car Rental store, and I must say that he was a true standout. Unlike some unfortunate experiences I've had with other staff at the store, Fred was not only professional but also incredibly helpful. His exceptional customer service skills and dedication were a breath of fresh air. In a situation where I encountered racism from other employees, Fred's friendly and respectful demeanor truly made a positive impact on my rental experience. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and I am grateful for his outstanding service. This is one vet busy place, and for good reason, they supply great service. I was very impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Great experience. Professional and courteous staff. The gentleman at the counter was awesome! The lady that took me up my car Cecilia was first class! I usually rent from hertz…..may need to change.
Martin H. and Patrick were very helpful and explained in great detail the workings of the rental plan as well as the vehicle. We were well taken care of and the time in and out was fast. Vehicle was in great condition. I good decision on our part.
My rental experience started out as a disaster. I was prepared to leave a one star review and discontinue our relationship with this location. I won’t go into the details, because an employee by the name of Fred changed out experience from 1 star to 5 stars. We had a 8 day rental for a van and nothing seemed to go right at pick up. Upon return, Fred listened to our concerns, explained their policy in detail and left us feeling like we were heard and the transaction was fair and accurate. Today, 3 days after we retired our rental and spoke to Fred, he called me personally to ensure we left satisfied. We rent often from this location and will remain loyal customers due to our interaction with Fred.
I was lucky to get a free upgrade to a Dodge Challenger. I do not see this happening often. The one downside is that only 1 person was answering phones. I waited almost an hour for someone to finally pick up for me, as I was trying to set up getting a ride to the agency. There needs to be at least 2 people dedicated to phones, not just the one same person that is trying to run the front desk.
Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had w/Enterprise. These MEN in they have in here running this place by themselves are doing a great job! Their communication w/one another was beautiful. They knew what thier jobs were and what needed to be done. I came in during a rush and they got it ALL worked out. Marty, called and followed up on my rental. The whole team goal is to make sure you’re a happy customer, not just a business transaction.
Martin and Fred were super efficient and lovely to work with! I got my car stolen and was able to get into a new car immediately and able to return the rental with zero hassle. The office worked with my insurance without issue. Excellent service all around!
