I wish I could give this store ten stars. I had the bad fortune to have some car issues, so I needed a rental. Zach and his coworkers have taken such great care of me. The cars are in pristine condition and I am so grateful for a friendly, efficient and compassionate bunch of Enterprise Reps. I also had the occasion to speak with the manager of both the Poway branch and the Ramona location and she could not have been more accommodating. THANK YOU ALL
Alissa Is a fantastic sales agent in an exceptionally accommodating professional. Where is the occasion that you can find someone that knows the condition of literally every car on the lot although this is a small town in a very small lot the fact that she seem to have personal knowledge of each car was wonderful. We rented our van and used it very well and I would highly recommend this location if you’re coming for the holidays, or your vehicles in the shop for repairs and you need something to get you babe I would probably say this was the quickest and most convenient experience I’ve ever had renting a car I hope that this person continues to work here I could see her climbing the ladder very well exceptionally professional once again, also very knowledgeable, and overall a very wonderful experience keep up the good work enterprise!

My insurance company set up a rental here, and everything was quick and efficient. Got a VERY nice SUV and was able to return it after hours with no problem.
This place has the best customer service I have experienced. Josh helped me understand the keyless starter and Roger was very professional and courteous. I would most highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car in Ramona. Excellent service.
I rented a car on dec 26th. The place is closed. Waited 30 min. Talked to customer service they were suppose to be open. There was a note on it saying they were closed. Their website says they are open. Never ever will I rent from them again. I would leVe zero stars if I could.

Reserved online without giving credit card information. Easy cancellation policy. This was the best experience I've had renting a car and I've rented a lot of cars. Low key, no hassle service. Did everything possible to make sure we were happy.
Not easy to get the car you want and was left hanging waiting for a car to be delivered. Finally got a ride and they gave me a car that was used by a smoker. It wreaked of cigarette smell and deodorant that was trying to cover it up. The girl that works there is very nice though and very apologetic for lack of available cars. I'm hearing that cars are getting harder to find because they sold them and now everyone needs one to go on there vacations now that it's opened up.
