All of the items form my car rental where stolen!  I was renting a car while my personal car was in the shop. One day I got two flat tires and had to call the towing service they provide to pick up the car.  Since I had a trunk full of stuff and I thought I would be able to retrieve my items later that same day, I left all my items in the car. Was I too trusting....perhaps, But I had two kids with me and I was late to drop them off and I had a doctors App that day.  Besides, no matter what, it would be impossible to off-load everything that was in the rental into an Uber then take it with me to drop off the kinds and then take it to my Doc doctors appointment.  Perhaps I was too trusting but I thought I would only be away from my stuff for a few hours.  Later that day I called to see if I could come get my stuff and Brie the manager said that it was at the airport lot and that I had to wait a few days so they could get someone from their location to pick up the car with my stuff.  I said I did not mind going to the airport to get my stuff but they said that that lot was employees only. Brie said that she would call me in a few days. I have been calling twice a week since the incident.  Today it has been 25 days since my car was towed and I still do not have my stuff. Iv had to file a police report stating that they Stole my items when else could it be right??? and I may have to take them to court over the items they took from me.

I rent weekly from the LaMesa, California location and I’d share that in my experience, my local Enterprise location is the BEST all around. Everyone knows my name, my requests, plus my cars are clean and ready to go in such a timely manner! Brandon and his team are extraordinarily professional and make this laborious part of my work process a breeze! Applause and kudos to this well oiled machine! You guys ROCK!

Came in today to get a rental while my wife car is in the shop. Jessica I believe her name was Was amazing. you could tell she really cared about taking care of us and provided us with a lot of options and had patience while we decided even though it was super hot. I think she is a wonderful employee glad you guys have her on the team.

My fiancee and I rented a car for 3 days, but was only able to use 1 day because a malfunction warning came on. Ended up missing 2 very important family events. The asst. mgr., of the location has offered us a better experience on our next rental, which we will be very soon. So, even though our recent rental didn't go well, I still recommend Enterprise over other rental companies. We will submit another review after our next rental. Lastly, we appreciate Brandonasst. mgr., reaching out to us and guaranteeing us a better experience on our next rental.

Needed a car for the week. Super convenient. Very reasonable weekly rate. Amazing customer service and support throughout the rental. Payed for my Uber to and from the branch.

Wow-talk about five star customer service! Brandon went above and beyond when I was stranded by my insurance company without a reservation for a rental car. He gave me options and made sure I was taken care of. I will never forget his kindness! Amazing.

It was my first time using this location, since I usually rent at airports, but this time we took a road trip and rented closer we to home. Everything went great and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Walked here from the hertz rental car at Bob Stall Chevrolet. Absolute worst customer service there. Here at Enterprise. In and out the door in less than 5 minutes. Great job.

Fine place to rent. I prefer the non airport location. The upsell on the insurance was mild. I do wish they would adhere to my preloaded renter preferences and stop that.

Amazing service! They can definitely help you with your needs, best Enterprise in town!
