Smooth transaction. Reasonable price. Not much wait and friendly agents. The best part was that I had my car in the Toyota dealership. When I picked up my car, I was able to drop the rental car in the dealership since they had mini office at the dealership. You can’t do better than that. Enterprise is number one in my opinion. I will not blink to go with enterprise when I need a car rental.
I was able to get a very nice car in a timely manner. I was waited on with courtesy and professionalism. Nick was very helpful and handled the return process quickly and efficiently, he even brought me a cup of water while I waited .I truly appreciate his kindness and respect. Thank you to everyone at Enterprise for making the rental experience a very good one.
The management lies to get you to use other credit card they prefer. I used self credit card at Huntington Beach Store and this location first said system is rejecting it and then told me they will get messages from corporate if they do. He even returned my car without authorization and O had to get ad uber ad get home. I know they lied because I have a copy of transaction from HD.m enterprise. Finally went to other location and got my rental. Never again
Used through my insurance while my car was In the shop. They dropped the car off to me and picked it up. Car worked great
It had a good experience but only complaint is they couldn’t give me the car on my walk in visit, i had to do the reservation and go there the next day… even they didn’t have the kind of car that I was authorized from the insurance company… they upgrade the vehicle with no extra cost since they didn’t have the similar… lastly after hours drop off was great experience just leave the car on their parking lot and drop the key in the drop off box…

Excellent service of manager John He found the perfect minivan car to have a nice & comfortable trip with my family we are so happy with his help. Cause he moves fast and did a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Fast and friendly service. Just reserve a vehicle ahead of time and it will be ready when you get there.
The car was great, except the inside of the were dirty with film. I had to clean because the visibility was bad. The employee who helped me rent the vehicle was very helpful and courteous.
Our car rental experience with Enterprise was the best. Friendly, fast and professional. They had cars ready and offered me my choice. Car was great and the return at LAX was easy as could be. Even the bus driver who dropped us off at our airline terminal was the friendliest and most hard working person I have interacted with in a long time. Enterprise is always my first choice.
