Not the same company. Inconsiderate, very unhappy with the reservation system. Not happy with the communication with the local rep. Our University Corporate account will find a new rental provider.... as a follow up if you want something done right go to West Lebanon office. Very courteous, found the team van we needed for the dates we needed it Reservations had said they were not available and I needed to go 100 miles away to get one and booked it for us which White River would not do
Had a great experience at this location. David was very friendly and helpful. He even followed up after my trip to ensure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the customer service!
The location is located in the same building with Jasmin Auto Body and it is very convenient if you are having your car worked on at Jasmin. The staff was professional and got me in a car as soon as they could.
I LOVE this Enterprise location. Staff is courteous, friendly and they are always helpful. Today we were late picking up our car and Alex came to the rescue! He opened up and rented us a vehicle with good humor and kindness. It was our lucky day that he had to come back to the office but truth be told he could have told us too bad. Instead with a smile said “it’s your lucky day!” While thanking him profusely and apologizing for our stupidity he reassured us it was not a problem at all. I will never rent anywhere else as I have only had great experiences here and with most Enterprise location but WRJ is special. Thanks Alex you did indeed make our day!
I had an Issue with my reservation, but the people at Logan Airport. Were so much very helpful at the front desk and upstairs where you pick up the car. Very helpful was name tag Midnight he got me on the road, along with his crew!
Horrible service. Never answer the phone. Make it difficult to do anything logical- with the lack of a debit and credit card putting a $50 down so that my insurance could cover the entire rental was almost impossible. Even with the owners credit card available. Disorganized didn’t get a call back when I was supposed to have received a confirmation days prior. When representative gives information that another representative contradicts- consistently. they make it too difficult to work with them with any satisfaction just frustration. Trying to give them money was more frustrating than anything which is completely ridiculous…
My 1981 Corvette lost its brakes on a trip to Vermont and we were all of a sudden in need of a car pending the Corvette's repairs. They sent someone over to where we were and made the entire process as painless and easy as possible! We got a very good, clean nice car and were able to complete our business in Vermont. Thanks so much to the friendly, quick and helpful staff there at Enterprise for your quick and efficient service!
Alex and his crew are great! They alwys find a way to make things work and to help. Wish we could give more than 5 stars - they deserve it. Updating - we are so appreciative of all Alex and his crew did for us. We needed a rental for far longer than we originally anticipated, with an unpredictable end date. Alex and his crew understood. They kept us in wheels for as long as we needed, with zero hassles or issues or concerns. We appreciated their friendly, caring customer service.
The team here is SO nice and SO helpful. I had an extended rental situation and lots of questions and they handled it all flawlessly. I highly recommend Enterprise especially because of this location. I had never been a customer here before and they just did a fantastic job with everything I needed help with. 10 stars! I appreciate this team so much!
Useless service. I booked a week ago ,but they called me just before the reservation time that they can't get us a car. Never apologize and do nothing for us. Next day we booked this service another site location, but they charged us at double rate.They maybe fraud. Be careful
