Fantastic service! Booked day of rental. Walked in from nearby condo, Alice had us out the door within 5 minutes with great and friendly service. We had a free upgrade to a Toyota highlander. Drop off at the airport was a breeze. Unfortunately, we were overcharged for our prepaid gas, but Alice had both given me her business card and sent an email to ensure satisfaction so it was easy to let her know of the mistake made at drop off and the overcharge was promptly fixed. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.
Alice Sanchez, branch manager was super rude since I arrived at 4.45. Told me she is the only manager and no one above her and that she would not honor what the reservation agent Betsy had told me. She wanted to charge me more than what Allstate allowed and then wanted to give me the only car with a broken windshield. May be the branch is not working because branch manager is so rude
I'm not sure why this location is here. I have tried 3 times to rent a car from here and even with a couple weeks notice I've been unable to secure a vehicle, or have been offered an unacceptable vehicle. Once out of 3 reservations each for a mid size or better they did actually have a car, but offered me a Spark. Which is literally the tiniest car I've ever seen. If you're serious about renting car, try National, or at the very least, anywhere but this location.
It's very frustrating dealing with this location as you cannot talk to anybody. I reserve the car online With a pick up time at 4:30which the website allowed me to do and return time of the same then with only 24 hours left till my pickup date I get a call from them that I was unable to answer as I was working the message stated that I could not pick up the car that late. They waited with only 24 hours to tell me this I cannot pick it up earlier otherwise I would have scheduled it earlier as I am working now I have no way to pick up my car because I have nobody to cover my job to go early for work and get it. The employee from enterprise that left the message stated this was a glitch in the system my response to them is if it's a glitch then fix it this should not be a problem happening and if they know and are aware of it that they should correct it so this doesn't happen to anybody else. If fortunately I was able to get a car from another This app. called TURO... Yet unfortunately I can't even cancel with enterprise as I try to call them several times to discuss this matter with them and see if there is any way they can help me get through it but my call goes to an automated recording and as I hold it then eventually hangs me up saying that nobody is able to answer this call. So unfortunately they get a miserable rating from me and I will definitely tell people not to use this location I have had good luck with enterprise in the past and actually when this location was open full time I never had a problem with them. But this isn't the 1st time I unsuccessfully have not been able to get a car from them in the past 2 years. So it's time to move on and give somebody else my business. UPDATE After posting this I received a text from Ryan at enterprise, he offered to meet me ar time I scheduled for pickup, He actually didn't come he sent one of his employees but either way he stepped up and made things right and I greatly appreciate his higher standards. The person he sent was courteous and they got me in my car quickly and yesterday and everything went well I had a good trip to car was good today we'll return it and I will be thankful for the great service Ryan provided me.
Upon arrival to the airport rental car area I had to search out Enterprise as they were closed and being ran by Alamo. After finishing with the front desk I went up again to get my car and had to wait for 15 minutes cause the runners felt talking about the game was more important. Then him "helping" me to my car was to point to the other end of the lot and say "its that one". After I made it to my vehicle it reeked of cigarettes causing me to need to drive with the windows down for the next few days. The very next day in my 2 week rental 3 of the tires gave me a low warning and the engine service light came on. Then too top it all off once I was done and trying to leave the airport I spent 30 minutes just waiting to get a receipt printed since they couldn't confirm what email they sent it too. At which point I had to leave with no receipt because I had a flight to catch and they still couldn't print a simple piece of paper. Go anywhere else, they will care about you more.
Being under 25, it was hard to find a car rental company that would not charge me an arm and a leg for a car. Enterprise had the best price, hands down. When we arrived at this location to pickup our vehicle, Robert greeted us in a very friendly manner. He was attentive during the process and explained the details perfectly. He went out of his way to make sure that our rental experience was effortless and not stressful. We felt like family at this location, all thanks to Robert. He worked with us every step of the way. Can't wait to rent from here again. Robert, you're the man!
As 29 yr residents of Fountain Hills, this business is one of the most anti-local companies in Fountain Hills. Read the other reviews for a taste of the “Up yours” attitude that Enterprise has for Fountain Hills. Our recommendation is to skip this place and go into Scottsdale and rent from Hertz, Avis or any other agency but Enterprise. Leave this place to screwing over Snowbirds. Don’t take the time to email their corporate office, they are the driver for the “Up yours” attitude. You can do much better elsewhere.
Amazing experience! From the time I picked up the car from Scottsdale to dropping it off today after 5 days at this location. I told the guy I need a ride back home and he immediately said SURE : He locked the office and came drop me off!! Excellent Service!!! Go Enterprise for going above and beyond!
I would have given a no star evaluation if the software allowed it. I made a one-week reservation for any one of 4 or 5 car models Corolla, Cruze, etc to be picked up later yesterday afternoon. I was sent a confirmation eMail specifically affirming the verbal contract. As I was getting ready to walk to the rental agency to pick up car only 3.5 mi away, I received a call from the local place on Saguaro telling me that no sedans were available; they only had one pick-up truck! Surprised, I asked what other options I had, but the gal at the place basically told me to try somewhere else and that's "how the system worked." Sucked big time!
Despite calling ahead to confirm my reservation, the location was closed* when I arrived leaving me stranded outside on a hot, Arizona summer afternoon around 2pm on a Wednesday. This was not a "be back soon" or "out to lunch" closure. The sign on the door stated it was a satellite branch and to call the main branch at Scottsdale/Shea. *Both Enterprise's website and Google Maps list hours for the Fountain Hills location that day as 8am-5pm.
