Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have my car in the dealership for repairs and there is a relationship between this enterprise and the dealer. I was told by the dealer that cars were available and at this location was told " we don't have cars for dealership customers" as the rep walked away. Very annoying and unpleasant experience with extremely poor customer service.

These people are crooks don’t use them. Told over the phone to make a reservation and because I was getting my car worked on with the mechanic, it would be $40 per day. Once we showed up to pick up the car they said it was $60. Untrustworthy sketchy rental place.

Amir, The store manager he really deserves to be at least a district manager that guy makes my experiment amazing at that store he really look for your convenience and comfort. He’s very friendly and professional.

I've been using Enterprise for quite some time. Always have the car I reserved.

I am only giving this positive review because Gabriel the person who finally helped me out was able to assist me but I was put on hold to other times one by a female and another by a male and they said for me to hold on but they hung up their line because I drop my car off at the location in this description but I picked it up from a Costa Mesa location so they were some confusion Gabriel is the only one who took the time to assist me and help me and I appreciate it very much

The worst service ever ! They canceled my reservation at the last minute and the guy who works there was rude and unprofessional I need to escalate this case
