Recording says cleanliness & friendly service. Friendly 5stars Natalie very friendly & knowledgeable. Cleanliness of cars 0 stars . She did get upset because I complained of the car being dirty. This isn't the first time I got a dirty car. Told me there is another car rental place in town & I should start using them because enterprise doesn't stand up to my standards. You tell me if this is fair? Yes I did clean it myself, that is not the point. If your paying a deposit for cleanliness & damage.
Not only did I have a great experience with my rental car service, a week later my son told me he left his jacket in the rental. Called the store this am and they had the jacket in the lost and found! I was so happy as it was an $80 jacket. Love how honest their employees were. Great great service!
Tamir was very helpful, quick, efficient and informative throughout the process. Every representative I spoke with at this location was friendly and made it a smooth experience from checking in, payment, proof of insurance, a walk around check on the vehicle before and after departure & even a courtesy call to check on how everything was going. The Infiniti Q50 was a nice vehicle for my trip. I will be returning to this business for any future rental car needs. Thanks guys!!
Very friendly and helpful. Had car ready when I came in. Worked well with repair shop when needed to extend rental. Would highly recommend the Lake Havasu City location.
We rent cars from Enterprise often.. This time we rented a mini van to accommodate room for everyone and of course all our shopping. The whole experience is fast and easy.. Tyson & Natalie are always so friendly. Thanks guys. See you next time.
Everything with saafadp and handled a head of time through insurance and through enterprise. Check in was a breeze and returning the car was even easier as there was a specific employee that was doing check-in’s.
The staff at this Enterprise location was attentive and the process was very easy. Nice vehicle selection. No issues with picking up the car and easy and fast return also. Great service.
I rented a car in Early December to use while my car was being repaired. The dark haired Lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Sorry I don’t remember her name. She was also very busy taking care of customers before me. The wait was a few minutes but all the employees there hustle to take care of customers as rapidly and professionally as they can. I had the rental for about three weeks and was happy with car as well! I had a great experience with Lake Havasu Enterprise! I would recommend this company. I have rented from them several times in the past and always pleased!
The Dodge Challenger they rented us was one sexy beast. Thanks for the few days of recognition and thumbs up from the neighbors and some drivers. That was fun. We'll, most definitely, rent from you again.
My kudos to Natalie. Roadside service sent me there to exchange a car. The location was oversold that day, but she scrounged a vehicle and got me on my way!!! Thank you!!!
