Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We are so much thankful to you and to your team for having given us the possibility to realise one of our dream : visit the giant cause way. It would not have been possible without the help and the patience of your team. Indeed, we were on a cruise tour, and the boat was delayed, so we had very little time left. Thanks to the pick up service “Enterprise the company that picks you up” and the patience of the agent that waited for us during 40 min, the visit was possible and we are a marvellous time.

The staff at this location are fantastic. They picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off again after we returned the car even though our requests were a bit last minute. They explained all the details of our rental agreement carefully. We found that the prices here were better than Hertz or Avis at the Derry airport. Would highly recommend renting a car at this Enterprise.

The team at this location was very helpful with getting us back on the road. The only name I have is Grace who I believe was in charge. The other woman working is the main one who took care of us unfortunately I do not have her name. This should have been on 23 of May 2023. Thank you for the great service.

I rented a car to travel from Derry, I returned the car. Enterprise sent a damage report alleging that the alloy for one of the wheels had been "shared" i.e. had a multiple cracks on the tyre more than 10 all over , and charged over £200 for refurbishing the wheel.dispit I was told that the price for the tyre only 60£. I can't even be sure that the damage was caused during the rental, as I did not notice the damage when I returned the car, during the inspection she went directly to the affected tyre, which make me suspect that she knew about it. In the damage report she mentioned that she will charge a 100£ despite that she mentioned that the price only 60£ but in my account 200£ were deducted. I can only say that this is a deceitful practice that abuses the trust that consumers have placed in Enterprise. On hindsight, it would have been the best for all consumers that Enterprise had collapsed. And perhaps it's not too late for consumers to vote with their wallets, boycott this unethical company, and support its more deserving rivals. I intend to raise this case to a tribunal, and I hope other enterprise consumers who are facing a similar situation will not give in to the company's duplicitous behaviour.

I use this rental company quite often, and it is great , the staff are probably the best I have experienced anywhere . the person who picked me up and dropped me off in February being exceptional ,cant remember his first name surname was Bunting. It is great to get a car hire company where you know exactly what the cost will be from when you book no nasty surprises

Hired a car to travel up to Giant Causeway and the Rope Bridge. The staff, especially, Adam and Mark, were excellent in their service. By paying 50 pence extra they advised us to get a slightly bigger car which was very comfortable for our need. The company uses a special magnifying template to check and record any marks or scratches.

The Guys at Enterprise where exceptional this week in keeping me on the road and keeping my business running as smooth as possible, the gearbox failed on my own van and Adam at the branch in Campsie had a van for me the next morning to get me going again, couldn't rate them highly enough, great mentoring behind the scenes from the manager guiding Adam in how to sort me and really warm welcoming bunch.
