Wasn't given any paperwork at all which surprised me. I just drove away. Quick check-in. I don't like how both keys are wired together with heavy cable. I know most rentals do this, but it just bothers me, especially with the size of today's fobs.
Heather is always the best. She remembers her customers. She makes sure I am treated as a valuable customer. The rest of the crew works hard to make you satisfied as well. It's just hard to remember names.
Every time I come here. They go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Great people. Huge help. Very friendly. Heather is awesome.
Always such great customer service every time we go. Our favorite enterprise rep is Cody. He's always so welcoming and has a great attitude. We are thankful for everyone there.
They were great setting up. However there was an error made and refund to be credited due to insurance error. Was told by manager of the store Tyler it would be credited back. The charges sat on my credit card at 18% interest for over a week. So I called and the manager was on vacation so I was told sorry nothing we can do. Rep contacted Tyler per my persistence and said we will refund it when you return the car. I didn’t agree to that and was told it would be refunded. Checked My credit card the following week and all charges were removed. However, I received no call with an apology or saying hey, we refunded your money. In the meantime I contacted the 800 number and none of the 3 reps were helpful or offered any solution. Due to being notified at 2 pm the car needed to be returned that day..I had to return it after hours. I received no confirmation that all was good with how I returned it. Which by the way was better than when I rented it. No thank you or anything.
Great staff and great customer service!!! They were even trying a new gal and she did just as amazing as the others. They took me and got me into a car after budget failed to uphold their end on a reservation. Walked and and drove off in a suv in 12 minutes flat with no reservation for my work. Thank you both for your professionalism and kindness!!! I wish I remembered the guys name, he had just taken over from Kearney and he was training a lady. You both did great today!!!
I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. While the customer service at the local office was fine, dealing with the company is ridiculous. They clearly don't care at all about customers. I picked up the car on 5/6 for a trip leaving early on 5/7. I woke up to a low tire so I called the 800 number because the local store was closed. I was told the regional manager would be calling me back with instructions. No one EVER called me, so I lost 3/4 of a day of travel. Also, the back seat had something sticky on it, and the windshield had greasy handprints on the inside, so I had to clean before I could even let my family get into the car. The windshield washer pump didn't work, so I had to pull off and find a gas station every time I needed to clean the windshield. And now, today, I get an e-mail stating I have been charged additional money for tolls incurred. I never once went through a toll! Save yourself the stress and aggravation of dealing with this joke of a company and find anyone else!
I traveled from Ohio to Lincoln Nebraska for work on March 15th. After taking connecting flights to get there I went to the Enterprise desk to pick up the car at the airport I reserved, only to be told they were out of cars. The lady at the counter said she tried calling but I never received a phone call. Neither did my company. I asked her what I was supposed to do as I was now stranded. She didn't have any answers. I Googled where there was another Enterprise and then asked her if they had any cars at that site. She informed me there was no way for her to check other sites inventory. I asked when a car would be returned and she didn't know that either. Maybe the end of the week. I ended up paying 197dollars for an Uber driver to take me to a different Enterprise 90 miles away. The Enterprise in Grand Island was super helpful and wonderful to deal with. The one in Lincoln at the airport was awful.
I've been coming to Enterprise for years. I love Enterprise up until today's experience. I was told I couldn't use my H&R Block card. NEVER in the years I've been coming here have I ever been denied. So now I had to cancel my reservation for which is very upsetting.
Called to rent a family size car for our vacation. The local location didn't have anything big enough. So the agent found us one at a different location only a small drive away. The day I went to pick it up, they didn't have the minivan I requested so they upgraded us to a suburban for the same price. I have never had a bad experience with enterprise. They are super friendly and care about your needs. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making our family vacation amazing.
