Shout out to Will, Henry and Rene for the excellent customer service during a past rental experience. Will, Henry and Rene operate this excellent branch and are a collaborative team. Will has great business acumen and went out of his way to ensure I had an excellent customer experience. Henry did a thorough job during the walk-around, and Rene took time out to demonstrate how to open the convertible top. Due to certain circumstances, I had to call the branch several times, and each time I called, the staff was courteous, professional and friendly.  Thank you all!

Will is an amazing asset to this location. He is calm and polite and incredibly helpful. I was a bit stressed when dropping of my car and in a hurry to get back to work. Will stepped in and made sure I had a ride and got back asap. Excellent customer service!

I understand this place wants to make customer feel special, yet it’s not working at all. Nobody wants that, they just want their car and leave. When i go to other rental places; i walk in, grab the keys and leave. I got here, waited on the line, staff walked in with me and asked what car i want absolutely unnecessary, its a basic sedan car, then they took the car for a wash and i had wait in the rental place under the sun for 30 min. Nobody needs this, people don’t feel any different when you show them the car personally, you can just tell them on the counter. I appreciate the work, but I don’t think it is any useful for me.

Great experience pick-up was fast. The team was outstanding from start to finish. I definitely will rent  again soon.

The place is friendly, clean and responsive. Loved the young man that picked me up . They should make him a manager!

I rented a car in LA with drop off in SF. It was very easy to do, to my surprise. On both ends there was a location close to where I was staying, I don’t have to wait in line at all, and the service was courteous and efficient.

I saw they had some bad reviews but my experience was great by all employees. Pick up and Drop off I had no issue everyone was helpful and attentive. I called ahead of time to see if they were able to pick me up they don't do pick up on Saturday but they dd credited my uber ride to the reservation. The person at the counter to the person the person that walked me around the car in the rain were super nice and friendly.  My drop off was even better we did a quick inspection and then they were able to give me a ride back to work, while I was waiting other employees checked to make sure I was being helped.
