Super friendly, flexible, helpful staff. The car did have a previous smoker in it. But it was faint, and a minimal issue. I always use Enterprise. Consistently good cars and nice efficient folks at the location here. Thank you!
Always good friendly service. We have always had a great experience with the associates at enterprise. They are helpful and knowledgeable.
When arrived they offerred a compact car which I declined, as I had a confirmation number from calling four days earlier for an SUV. I spoke with a manager and they offered me a black Cadillac XT5. On the way to my destination, had no issue. On my return to my State, the engine light appeared. The car would not accelerate when merging into the freeway. The issue occurred on and off on my way home. The following day called one of the Reps who stated would forward the information to financial department so they could charge me for one day instead of the weekend. A week later they reimbursed half the money. If they don't have any SUVs available or vehicle you ask for at the day of your pick up, would be nice to receive a courtesy call to let you know before you arrive at the local office. Overall, I am rating it a four and not a five due to the issue.
Yakima, Wa store: -only open a few hours on the weekend so they try to force you in to another day of rental after the car is out of your possession don’t tell me times couldn’t be documented when keys hit the return box - made a reservation days in advance, there was only 1 of such vehicles apparently, nothing else on the lot remotely close needed 6 seats, tried to cancel on me the morning of 2 hours before pick up due to vehicle being unavailable- which cancels my trip -As I was on the phone settling this issue, my girlfriend went in the branch to deal with it in person, the employee said ‘let me go out and check for you’ regarding a car and put me on hold- did not go check anything, but stood there and got on his cell phone, making me think he was helping me -once my girlfriend announced she was ‘part of the party of the lady on the phone’ a secondary vehicle immediately became available. Strange, right?
Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the best car rental place in Yakima as far as I'm concerned. They have the best prices I've researched them all; friendly, professional staff; pick up and drop off service; nice, new, clean vehicles and the option to rent online as opposed to on a phone. I've read the local reviews and don't know how the negative ones had those experiences but I feel badly that they did. I was able to use my debit card for the $200 refundable deposit which they told me could take 3 to 5 days to return to my account. It showed up the same day I returned the rental car that I rented for 2 days. And I'm NOT one of those people who just gets lucky at any given time. It's been a few years since I last rented a car but the experience was still great for me. I will continue to do business with them whenever I have the need to. THANK YOU ENTERPRISE! Please don't go away. Much respect!!
I've rented dozens of cars here, they've always treated me very well, and I've been upgraded many times without asking. I've rented a lot of cars in my lifetime and always choose Enterprise. Only complaint is I wish they were a little bit more staffed sometimes, it can take quite a while to get checked in and out the door, but overall I recommend it.
Reserved a car at SeaTac location to get home to Yakima, WA as there were no flights. I have rented from Enterprise before with my debit card. Nobody told me you have to have a major credit card to go one way. They wouldn't take cash, a prepaid Visa, my nieces major credit card. I was stranded. I had to take a cab to Yakima costing $462.00 plus tip.
ONCE AGAIN ENTERPRISE RENTALS COMES THROUGH IN FLYING COLORS. THE OFFICE ON 1ST STREET IN YAKIMA, WA. HAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCED AGENTS. ALWAYS HELPFUL, ALWAYS PATIENT, ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT I AM TAKEN CARE OF 100% AND THAT I HAVE NO QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WHEN YOU RENT FROM ENTERPRISE. I HAVE TO RENT A VEHICLE EVERY 2 MONTHS FOR MEDICAL APPTS, AND THEN OTHER TIMES FOR FAMILY TRIPS. I'LL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
this is a horrible place to rent, had car problems all vacation the car battery not even stabilized in there and engine wasn’t covered the car had died multiple times, very sluggish, bumper came off, made us miss our aquarium appointment, and lied about having cars ready for us, and they had no replacement cars, overall very disappointing and i advise you not to ever use there cars that will put ur life in risk
Was super easy to rent from great workers will do again soon
