Rental’s should be - either - Pet Prohibited, like. No Smoking -or- Renter’s should be charged for left behind excessive pet hair. My last Rental was filled with pet hair “all throughout the inside. I repeatedly tried to have it vacuumed out & with a child who has asthma. Extreme pet hair is a major issue !!

Staff was great!  Got us into a car and on our way quickly.  Take cab or Uber to this location for fast service.

Really great service, very nice reps to work with. The Branch Manager, Shaquan Barr is probably the best rental car rep I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. His cars at this location are very clean and well maintained. He made sure all the features were working in the car before I left and was very helpful when I had to make changes to my original rental plans. Highly recommend anyone flying into Philadelphia Airport to take the 10 minute ride to Darby to get your rental.

Great service they didn't have a car for the time Requested but ! Made some calls and gave another time and Boom car is there ready and clean in side and out . Used another company before won't mention Avis name but ! What a difference will be doing alot more business wit them Thanks again

I was charged for a full size vehicle but was given a standard vehicle and I was forced to take the only vehicle they had at 11:30am

If you can, please go to a different location. This location needs new management and new cleaning protocols.  I had to get work done. They brought me a vehicle to the auto shop. The vehicle was disgusting. Crumbs, dirt, debris , and sticky spots were found throughout the car. The outside of the vehicle was even dirty. I could hardly see out the windows. They had a nerve to leave a Clorox wipe and card to say they cleaned the vehicle. I could tell it was not. I wanted to switch my vehicle and they kept giving me the run around.  Throughout my time renting, they continuously charged my card without authorization. I’ve reached out to corporate and will continue doing so until I receive a response. I’ve also reached out to the store and still waiting to hear back. They told me someone would call me back on Friday. No returned call yet.  Do not recommend! I will never rent from this location again.  Also, be sure to check your vehicle for prior damages windows included. Don’t go by what they say! Walk around the vehicle and look for yourself. I’m 100% sure they gave me a vehicle that was damaged had a crack already in the window. Luckily, I had purchased additional coverage and did not have to worry about it.

Had an issue and called on a Mon. I was told I would get a call back same day, did not. Called Tues and was again told I would get a call back that same day, did not. Called back on Thurs and I was frustrated and rude and I used the f word. The person "helping" me got upset and hung up on me and when I called back minutes later, hung up on me again. I was an a- hole but this is customer service and this guy's feelings were very fragile. He's got to do better, I didn't get the help I needed and the business gets a bad review and loses a customer because a customer "service" rep's feelings got hurt. Everyone loses, avoid this place y'all.

Great customer service experience. The van I rented was in awesome shape and it was decent & clean. My security deposit was posted back into my account in less than 2 days. Enterprise Rent-A-Car has excellent/advanced services. I will always use their service in terms of car rental. Enterprise offers a point system also. I will recommend Enterprise to all my friend and family

Was looking for a last minute rental and had a very good experience. Special recognition to Shaquan Barr, Branch Manager @Darby Pa. He took time to listen understand and work with me.

I had an email confirmation for my reservation. I get here, they tell me no car is available and they had the contact info in there system. So they could not reachout to us.  No one provided any solution to us other than Kamilah the branch manager.  She is the only one that turned our nightmare into a decent experience.  Thank you Kamilah.  Enterprise, you got to get your ... together!
