Great experience.   Don't know how I got the name of one omy employees on my computer but my name is Dennis Patrick.  Your team is awesome.  After 4 rentals, my opinion has not changed.  Awesome team.  Bryce and Josh stayed on top of an overbooking and still got my vehicle in time for an important meeting.  I allow time when I book, this is a very busy store but they shuffle their guests around faster than Disney.  GREAT TEAM!!!!!  Keep up the great work.  Dennis Patrick General Manager

Samantha, Nicholas, and Rental provided great customer service. The only problem encountered was I had a super fancy driver assist vehicle that was hard to turn off features and since the computer wasn't reset, the car kept giving me a service warning making me think there was something actually wrong with the vehicle. I can't complain too much since I was upgraded for free since the weather required 4 wheel drive. Thanks for that Samantha!

Great service and friendly staff. Shuttles are available to go from the airport to the pick up. Dropping off was just as convenient.

Rented a car in OK and drove to Farmington, NM. On the drive the current car was acting up completely understandable so I called this location to trade out the car. Called the day before and was told to come by at 11 the next day to see what they had on the lot. I called at 11 and then was told to come by at 1:30 and they would have a minivan for me. Show up at 1:45 and was told by the manager that the car was being "cleaned" and wouldn't be ready for another 30+ minutes. Finally got the car switched out and this is the most disgusting rental car I have ever driven. The 30+ minutes of cleaning must have been spent cleaning 1 wheel because the inside for sure wasn't. Pictures show Cheetos, fries, fruit roll-up wrappers, Cheerios, dried pancakes, Etc. all found after picking up the vehicle. If they weren't going to clean it why did I show up and wait an extra 30 minutes? Have told family in the area to never use this location.

Had a great experience renting from this place. Employees, specifically Josh and Ryneal, were very helpful, informative, and genuine. The car I rented was clean and comfortable. Definitely will be renting from them in the future :

Excellent customer service. I apologize for forgetting the guys name but, the bearded fellow at Farmington location lol Was extremely professional, friendly,  knowledgeable and explained things perfectly.

Worse experience ever!! Booked a car online,  had a confirmation with time of 12 pm.  The vehicle wasn't ready.  Waited over 3 hours for Samantha Deal to get any car, Samantha could not and would not accommodate. I was stranded there for several hours. She then proceeded to tell me the next available would be in a week.  Over booked?! She was very rude and unprofessional. Her black jacket was not clean. Annette Guerrera

Made a reservation, got a confirmation. Then get a message that they are “ sold out”.  Then you try to call back and after the 3rd attempt cause the calls keep getting disconnected and being on hold for 10 min, its says”sorry, the call cannot be transferred, try again later”. Professional, right? And that was that…

So far so good. Picked my car Up today. Plenty nice ride too. If you have your act together it’s so easy.  Upon returning the car there was windshield damage  from a rock I wasn’t aware of.  They wanted $500.  I gave it to them. Now 2 months later I get an email asking for $309 more which includes a$100 admin fee.  They are crooks   I’ll see them at the office tomorrow
