These guys upgraded me at no extra charge when I needed a rental car after my car engine caught on fire & my vehicle was deemed a total loss by insurance. They were also very friendly and the experience was pleasant.
My daughter attended private school in PA for many years and I have rented numerous cars from this location. My experience has always been great and they have always taken good care of me. No complaints at all! It has been a pleasure doing business with them.
I do enjoy having Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an option for when I need or want a vehicle. And it will mostly be my first go to. However the rise of deposits from $200-300, even though refundable: does not sit right with me. I could see that for members/users under a year. Or young drivers in their 20s. But I've been a member for at least 3 to 4years. And your incentives and rewards are not that impressive either. My last two rentals with you were not even added to moving me forward to the next membership tier.

Can’t think of a single complaint. My truck went into the shop. Insurance covered a rental truck. It was clean and ready to go when they delivered it to the body shop. I just didn’t like the truck. It was not as nice as my normal truck so I asked to be switched to something more interesting. If I HAD to be in a rental then I wanted something at least more fun than my normal daily driver, not less fun. They switched me out to a Ford Mustang as soon as one came available. They were happy to do it. They even stayed a few minutes late for me to make the switch since I couldn’t get out of work early. Great service, clean car. No fuss.
Axel was great, can’t think of a single complaint. He helped me extend my rental and set the whole thing up so efficiently and made it so simple. Definitely recommend
Changes in advance of my arrival were easily made. Friendly staff. Car was ready when I arrived. Return took only a few minutes.
They picked me up! I thought that was just advertising but they were waiting for me at the train station when I pulled in to Dover. The Honda Pilot is too dang big to drive in some areas but that was my call, no theirs. Thanks to James and Kevin in particular. They are pros.
Exceptional customer service and the pick you up. I haven't rented with another car agency in a long time. I have a hybrid loaded minivan and its a smooth ride.
Need to make sure there is nothing left behind from the person that had the car before you! It might get you in trouble
