DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE. They gave me a car that had a broken odometer!! How did they legally obtain that vehicle? When I wrote my original review describing my experience at the detroit metro airport location, enterprise reached out to me and wanted to know more. When I advised them about how they gave me a death trap that could have KILLED ME, they said they wouldn't be doing any more because I had already gotten a credit towards my bill. I want a full refund and an apology from this company, their customer service has been atrocious. What is $500 to a multi million dollar corporation? While Ashley at this location helped me, another employee also let me leave the lot with that broken vehicle. EDIT: I have since been contacted and issued a full refund; I greatly appreciate the extra step Enterprise did to rectify their wrong.
The Enterprise office in Lake Orion, MI is top notch! I would highly recommend using this location in any of your future bookings. They had my rental available at the scheduled time, answered my questions during my trip, and followed up on any questions I had after hours or whenever. They are the best!
Great experience with having to exchange a car while on vacation due to issues with the original rental from another Enterprise location. Both people there were patient, understanding, and apologetic. They took care of us and got us a safeer car for the rest of our vacation.

Recently had to rent a car due to an accident using insurance. The process was flawless. I had to go to Auburn Hills location to pick up on Saturday and was given excellent customer service. I work in Oxford so I will be able to return the vehicle in Lake Orion. I have had to extend my rental due to placing an order for my next vehicle. Enterprise and Allstate have been in sync through out the process. Thank you John.
The staff at the Lake Orion branch is always friendly and the customer service is excellent. I always appreciate that they work with me to make sure I am satisfied and happy. As a frequent customer that is always valued! My job takes me all over the country and this branch is located close to my home, so when working in Michigan I will continue to rent from them.
Easy rental online using the Expedia app, and a seamless pickup and dropoff. The vehicle we rented worked flawlessly. 100% would use their services again.

We had the most pleasant experience with Johno, Morgan and Gordon! Renting a vehicle can be quite the experience sometimes but the service was quick and friendly and the truck I rented was clean and smelled good and not the stale rentals I’ve experienced - what else can you ask for??? Thanks guys!
One of the Best Enterprise branch I have ever been. You won’t believe it, but they have great customer service. Been there twice and always treated with the best service. Especially John was really great and smooth with all the paper work. Keep it up guys!
