Very nice efficient place. Took care of my needs and got me the car I wanted. Everything they said would be refunded was deposit and no issues with the car at all. Only issue I have is they do not explain what you have to do for tolls pay by plate in states that do not have that option or no cash option then you get fined 25 dollars for each toll. That was a downside on Enterprises hidden fees not anything specific to badly rate the store itself.
The lobby is tidy, staff are friendly and acknowledge your arrival. The inventory is better than other locations in the are. The scarcity lately is frustrating! The process of acquiring a rental is simple enough and the location is easy to get to.
I was stolen money from this office since they overcharged me for 5 extra days that I didn’t even have the rental car. All because someone didn’t do their job right. Do not recommend you go there. I called their office to fix the issue & all they did was have an attitude & made it seem like I was at fault.
My experience with renting from Enterprise was very good. The service I received was excellent. My only concern is since I left the car at the repair shop per their direction, I have never received a final invoice for my records.

This is a smaller enterprise facility but I have nothing but good things to say. Dominic took good care of me and got me in a top notch vehicle quickly. Very friendly and professional staff, we will do business here again.
DO NOT USE. I had my car longer then I was supposed longer than 7 days due to a mess up on the autobody shop and a delayed bumper. MIKE claims he called and left messages. I was NOT at fault on my accident and Enterprise charged me $696 for the $16.99 insurance. I ended up having my rental care for a month not my fault. I never got a phone call or a voicemail and Mike claims he left one with both myself and my husband. I agreed to that price for the week, not for the full month.
