IF YOU'VE NEVER RENTED, ARE UNDER 25, OR ARE IN NEED OF A LAST MINUTE RENTAL THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! My trip was from New York to Rhode Island and back I have never left a review in my life, but it feels wrong not to award this team with 5 stars. They got me a VERY good deal on a car the SAME DAY that I needed it, on a holiday weekend no less. I am under 25, and to rent a car a mid-size SUV for 4 days was $491. This included the fee that came with being underage. As soon as I walked in the staff was ready with multiple sets of keys in-hand to let me choose the car I wanted! They were kind, accommodating and gave me so much insight into their personal car preferences, price breakdowns and regulations. it was seamless and very transparent. I called today, to ask if I was able to drop off my car later than my agreed drop-off time, and they assured me I would be able to drop it off anytime today before closing. This gave me an additional 3.5 hours, for the same price! I urge you to go through this brand of this company if you're in the area and need a rental. I have yet to find a flaw in their service!
The whole staff is wonderful. I had such a great experience , The manager Walle worked with me and was very accommodating he is Awesome..Garvin and Julian were just the best as well. I highly recommend renting your car at this location.
I want to thank Mr Themi Toumazatos and Garvin on the phenomenal job they did in helping us rent a vehicle when our car was in the shop. They went above and beyond in helping us and making it a smooth transaction. If you ever need a vehicle this is the place to go. I highly recommend them and there staff for all your needs.
Highly professional , garvin the manager went beyond for us . We had a bad experience at the location on 310 Main Street and he got the bitter taste out of mouth for enterprise if it wasn’t for him we’d probably never come back to enterprise thank you everyone at this location
Entire staff hands down is sooooo very friendly and accommodating and professional!!!every single time I’ve rented here. Cars are super clean as well!!!
Went here after a customer service rep at enterprise used bait and switch tactics to lure me in. I was in need of a luxury vehicle, which he confirmed they had and supposedly reserved for me. Went through the whole effort of putting me on hold and pretending to check. When I arrived, there were quite a few service reps there, which I prematurely became excited about because I thought it would mean quick and attentive service. Not the case. They spoke amongst themselves and took their time processing requests while complaining about the amount of time left on the clock. At one point the rep who was assisting me sat down and was perusing social media on her phone while I stood at the counter and waited for her attentions to be returned to me. The only reason why I proceeded with the rental was because I was pressed for time which I conveyed, but she apparently did not care and had no other choice. Any questions that I had were answered with cold, nonchalant, short responses and I had to request renters insurance and an explanation of the charges after the fact because none was offered. The rental car was a standard Kia Soul 1 of 2 options, the other being a minivan, a far cry from the luxury vehicle that was supposedly reserved. The vehicle was also not cleaned properly. There were handprints on the windshield, dirt on the doors, a mystery stain on the passenger seat and a sticky residue in the cup holders. Pictures attached. It also smelled like cigarettes. The only saving grace was that the vehicle ran smoothly and was efficient on gas. Needless to say, this will be a one-off as I will not be a repeat customer at this location.
Last week,I was involved in a hit and run on southern state parkway.Needed a rental car,for a couple weeks.I want to thank,Byron,Garvin,and Julian,the employees,for their,manners,professionalism,and kindness.Everything was handled smoothly. Take,my word,for it,people,this place is top notch.Julian took me to pick up my car,very courteous,and caring.
They prefere lose the busness to give you a compact car . Terrible
Amazing customer Service!! Had some issues with the first car that I picked up, they came to my location and drop me off a new one did exchange quickly and efficiently.. all the staff members at this location went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and okay with my rental.
