Well this Enterprise was pretty good , the staff was efficient and was very polite.  Appointment time was 8am and got out on the road 30min later not bad for a Friday morning.  Been with them forever and have always been treated good , I’ll always recommend to family and friends.

I love this Enterprise location in Hacienda Heights. The staff is always kind and courteous. They always have the car I need. This last time I rented from them , I didn’t notice the weekend hours and they were closed and it was a holiday weekend!! I looked up other locations and was able to drop the car off at a nearby location but for a one way fee of $150 added to my total cost! I had no choice because it would have cost more to keep the car and I didn’t need it for that long. Well when my local Enterprise called me back to confirm the total, I believe it was the manager  she waived the one way fee!! I was so thankful to her  her name may have been Monica??? She was quick and efficient in handling my final pricing. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who’s looking to rent and have a great experience from beginning to end!

Very professional car rental company with reasonable prices, clean vehicles and five-star service.  Dianna's warm, attentive, professional and thoughtful service added color to our trip!  The manager was very nice and prepared a clean car and a good price for us.  Make our trip very enjoyable!  I will visit often.  Will recommend friends to rent a car here.

Excellent customer service although I'm not the one that's renting the car it was for my son but they allowed me to use my credit card the car itself is nice

Great customer service. I prefer to use this Enterprise once a Month for my company trips because of the great customer service. The crew there does an amazing job to make sure I get a nice car for my Las Vegas Trips.

Enterprise is my go-to place whenever I needed a rental for my road trips. Service is always exceptional, everyone at the Rowland Heights location are super friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone who needs to rent a vehicle to rent at this location.
