The best enterprise employees i have encountered. It was an easy and pleasant experience. When i got my car, I just stayed on my phone since usually you dont have their full attention or simple this and that. But the lady who helped me surprised me. I have her full attention, wasn't the simple this, and that speech but actually told me what i needed to know and how it works. Showed me all the scratches in the car which was the first time for me, surprisingly. Return was easy too. I didn't even have to wait for too long and they were all professional. And... they all smiled and greeted me. It was just nice coz you don't get that a lot anymore.

Had to rent a car due to mine being in the shop for a couple of days. The staff here were super friendly and helpful during the pick up/return process. Shout out to Giavanna and Andrey who made this process quick and easy. Will definitely rent from here again if I need it again.
My hubby and I have gone through a period where our vehicles have been taking turns in the shop. Enterprise has been great about filling the gap with a rental for us! The staff have been incredibly friendly, and the rental process has been easy.
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was!! You should make sure that you make a reservation for your rental and definitely make sure that it is available. I had to go out of town for a medical appointment and my pickup time for the car wasn't flexible, so I called the day before and let them know that my pickup time couldn't be switched. They were wonderful in making it happen!! I believe that I spoke with Gia and she was wonderful! The vehicle handled wonderfully in the snow and the cost was good as far as costs goes...

I received a free upgrade because an economy car wasn't available when I checked in. Very friendly and professional staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
If I could leave zero stars for this location, I would. I had the worst experience with this company. They do not complete their charges timely so you get a large bill unexpectedly. They also have very rude and incompetent staff. I feel very fortunate that I book travel inbound for one of the largest companies in Tri-Cities, so I am able to save them the horrible misfortune I had and choose another company. My family also travels a lot, so we also have the opportunity to choose another establishment. All of which are cheaper than this company and do not charge a deposit and have very customer friendly/knowledgeable people working for them. Long story short, choose another vendor!
Terrible customer service. Went in to the office seeking a different vehicle my rental had issues and wasn't the vehicle class I had originally reserved. Gentleman at the front took my account number, and phone number and re assured me he would contact me within the next 2 days to let me know about a different vehicle. Never heard a single thing back. Not a phone call, email, anything. Even a phone call to tell me that there is no cars available would be common courtesy. Being a Platinum member means nothing if I can't even be afforded that.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked a vehicle and when I arrived they informed me they didn’t have any available. The women who helped me stated she “tried to contact me” yet I received no phone call nothing. She didn’t really seem to care that I was inconvenienced and started talking to another employee who said he felt bad and she stated don’t feel bad it’s no big deal. Will never use enterprise again what a joke!
