Booking was easy online. I received a call the day after booking that they were doing their best to accommodate my rental needs, but working off of a “call list”. I was told I’d here back from them the next day, but didn’t. I showed up at the store at my scheduled time behind 5 other renters. What I thought was going to be a long wait was actually not at all. Katelyn was the only employee working in the office that Saturday and she was PHENOMENAL!!! She was very apologetic although she didn’t have to be. No one waited long at all. She turned what could have been a mediocre experience to one of the best car rental experiences I’ve had. Upon returning the vehicle which was perfect for our trip it was nice to see 3 people working in the office, but I was glad and lucky to be checked out by Katelyn. She was absolutely amazing and I will definitely rent from Enterprise again!
This location is simply the worst Enterprise ever. I use National another Enterprise brand that cares, but I had to use this particular location because I was not flying. Got a vehicle with 65,000 miles, literally rusted fenders, and caved-in quarter panels. I need to mention, they did not offer any kind of upgrade since I was a partner Elite status. The manager pushed us through with a full lot of vehicles and no regard to our concerns. Quite literally will drive to Carmel, or to Indianapolis International if I need a car. Then they called, offering a full tank of gas on the next rental. I do not rent a wreck! This is horrible. Please send me your voice for the customer survey!

Will never come back or recommend. Too many other options out there. Enterprise isn't the company they use to be, terrible customer service and zero company accountability.
Greenfield Enterprise has a great team. Dustin, Jacob, and Henry were always friendly , helpful , and accommodating. I was in a car accident recently and was in a situation where I had to rent a car for two months. I chose to switch vehicles a few times during that time. That gave me several opportunities to see their positive interactions with other customers. They were always so upbeat and personable. I was very impressed.
I'm the most indecisive person ever and their enormous patience and great customer service put me at ease. They weren't pushy, gave me the facts, and let me take my time. Highly recommend and I will be returning for all my rental needs.
Great customer service before and after getting a rental car paid for by State Farm. Devin from customer service called me upon completion of the services; just to touch base with me to make sure I was satisfied with the car and my experience. He was very professional and showed excellent problem solving skills with handling my invoice. I’d recommend the Greenfield Enterprise branch after this experience.

The last 2 years they have not had our vehicle on the lot/ready and were not very professional.
I have always used Enterprise for my family's car rental needs. We have always have had very good service with them until today. I had booked a reservation in advance for a vehicle and the day of pick up I receive a phone call 2 HOURS before pick and Trevor stated there wasn't going to be any vehicles for rental due to vehicle shortages. Trevor was very apologetic. Ok it wasn't Trevor's fault the company he works for doesn't have rentals available. I do have a problem with their business practices of calling their customers 2 HOURS before their pickup stating there's no vehicles. Customers can't make reservations 2 hrs in advance for a rental. So how is it ethical for them to do that to their customers. That's unacceptable. If the call was placed days earlier I would have been able to get another rental for today from another rental company. We leave for vaca early the next morning. My family deserves more than a little discount on our next reservation for such a massive screw up that caused such a huge inconvenience.
