This Enterprise is the one you should visit for all of your rental needs. I contacted this location after calling multiple branches in my area. This was the only location that was able to help me. The staff here is incredible, unmatched in every way- specifically Brandon and Danielle! Take my word for it, both of these employees will provide you the customer service you’ve been missing with other locations. No arguing, no disappointments, just good service at it’s finest. You’ve both exceeded my expectations in every way, and I thank you for such a wonderful experience.
I reserved a mini van. When I picked up, customer service told me there was no mini van, then he told me someone just returned one. He needed to clean it up for me. I was waiting then When I picked up, he gave to someone else. What kind the service is this? He gave me a mini van on different location. This car has the worn out tires. When I drove under rain, the car had a hard time to stick to the road.
After being rear ended, and our 1 year old Sonata being sent to the collision specialists by our insurance company, we were then directed to Enterprise on Wiles and State Rd 7, Coral Springs/Coconut Creek. Since my husband the one in our car when it was hit, who is 6ft tall, with back issues exacerbated by the collision was the one needing the rental, we inquired about putting him in a SUV or something besides a compact car. We were told they could put him in a Toyota RAV 4 and quoted " for $3.00 a day in addition to what your insurance company pays". And so, he drove away in the SUV. The SUV was returned once our car was ready. A total of 2 weeks, which was about a week ago. Today we get a call from Enterprise to "finalize our bill". And were then told we have a "final bill of $150". When the was questioned, the rationale given was that, in fact, it was "$3.00 a day plus tax and fees", which was NEVER told to us at the time we rented the SUV which was piece of garbage vehicle. The representative calling us would not stop talking, and kept repeating, "let me finish", at which time he continued to repeat lie after lie of how, according to him, "we had been informed". No, we definitely weren't, and would not have "upgraded" for $9.00 a day. So, I DO NOT recommend Enterprise at all. They're not up front in any way, and refuse to hear the customer AT ALL!! Do yourself a huge favor, and go elsewhere. If less than one star was possible in this rating, they're a minus 10.
The manager Mauricio was intentionally dishonest with me. I had the rental for one month and within that time I closed my account with the bank I used for the deposit of the rental. After multiple times of repeating myself and trying to explain that I would need my refund on another card or in another form of payment, Mauricio finally understood that my old bank was not going to transfer a returned payment to an entirely different bank account, he agreed to do an override on the backend to ensure I was refunded on my new card. When I received the email receipt it showed the refund was sent to the closed account that I specifically explained to him that it was closed. His manager Foster was even aware. When I called back to inform him he ensured me that he fixed it on the backend and the receipt wouldn’t reflect that but he would send me an email, for verification of what he did, which he never sent it. He also stated I would receive a confirmation call from accounting in 1-2 hours yesterday, which I never received that either. My current bank did not receive the refund, so now I’m out of $150 until no telling when. His practices where dishonest and unethical. I was cheated out of my deposit for the rental. I will be filing a formal complaint.
I encountered a few issues which was addressed swiftly and resolved by manager Foster Harrison. He is very caring and considerate towards clients and his team. His team is excellent also. They work tirelessly to help customers gets in and out as fast as possible. Enterprise is my first choice when it comes to rentals. I'm proud to be a part of the Enterprise Car and Enterprise Truck Rental family. Thumbs up!
I rented a Mitsubishi but they gave me a Nissan, and there were ANTs came out from the AC windows and they bite me when I was on a highway! They even charged me extra $180 for no reason and didn’t answer the phone call!
The staff and rude and could care less about customer service. I made a reservation and was told upon arrival that the vehicle was already rented. Bear in mind, I called the location a few minutes prior to arrival and was told they had it and would hold it for me. The woman at the front was extremely rude, condescending and could care less about helping. I have rented from other Enterprise locations that take pride in their customer service. This one is clearly lacking. *UPDATE** I contacted the email listed in the reply and no one has bothered to contact me back. Clearly, it is a canned reply and goes to show that they don't care.
I had excellent experience, wonderful services, felt at home with customer services with the manager and other workers. Will surely recommend the company to friends. I Will equally come back again and again as the need arises for rentals. Wonderful people and wonderful services. God bless you all more abundantly.
A better than giid experience at this facility . Fred and Mariana were just excellent. There is one other person whose name I can't recall but my every needs were met with xceptional sensational service . I trust others will have the same great experience I had at this facility in future endeavors.
Everything went smoothly from getting picked up to the return. Foster, the manager was very accommodating and provided outstanding customer service. I am a frequent renter with Enterprise and I am very happy with their services.
