This is the worst car rental company in jacksonville. This year on three occasions due to a situation with my car and surely they rented me the car and since it was under the conditions of my insurance, I agreed. The guy who took the car today to the garage where I left my car, got out, handed me the car with less than 1/4 gasoline, the car smelled of marijuana, it had dog hair everywhere, dried liquids on the seats, dirty doors, I also found used dental floss on the door. I told him about how dirty it was and he, like the girl on the phone, said "ok, you can take it FREE to clean it" I just think they should do it before delivering the cars and of course it's not free because they charge $50 a day to my insurance that I pay each month for $2,000 of policy. So it's not free. The previous car that I rented for a month three months ago, also because of my insurance, they also charged me due to an "error" on the deposit card that I have to leave. After 3 months without sending me the Invoice of that payment and without returning the money. My bank returned it to me but they justified themselves by saying that my insurance did not pay, when what they did was charge it twice. I am in a legal fight right now over the accident and they are also in the lawsuit. The service is DISGUSTING, please save me the bad time and choose any company before Enterprise, none of them work in Jacksonville, but the LAST CAR where there was dental floss, smell of marijuana and the Mayport branch delivered it to me.

This is the only enterprise in the city that I would use. They are always courteous. Always trying to answer your questiand are never rude. They go out of their way to accommodate and take care of their customers. One thing I think they can improve on is the cars are little dirty. They are not wiped out and cleaned up completely. However service always will matter more than that with me.

I had an amazing experience. Had to rent for car repair, I got taxied to & from which was perfect. Upgrade for my large family was easy & upfront. Staff is friendly, professional & very consciously  helpful. Fast service but smooth! Loved the rental.

This location is so problematic. I also understand that part of it is their corporate policy as well but, that policy makes them look bad. I reserved online for here the other day and it was accepted. I had already dropped my car off for maintenance when the Jax Bch location called and said they didn’t have anything available, at all. If you did not have stock then why are we as customers allowed to reserve online? This is ridiculous as people make plans expecting a car and then you tell them you don’t have any. Luckily the Ponte Vedra location had availability and even gave me an upgrade for my inconvenience in Jax Bch. Fast forward to today and I am dropping my car off for more work. I decided to call Jax Bch directly to look for availability and they said all they had available were luxury SUVs. I asked since I only wanted the standard car if they could possibly do an upgrade. They said no unfortunately they couldn’t even though another location had done it for me before. I said thanks and they hung up “click”…without saying another word. Please improve your customer service and please only allow reservations when you can follow through and fill them. To be fair, I have also rented once or twice before from them and had no issues. These most recent experiences are not acceptable though.

Customer service from Day and Joseph was awesome. Car was clean, available and the whole check out/ check in process took less than 10 minutes combined. They even drove me back to where we were staying. Highly recommend this Enterprise Car Rental office.

Yes I rented a van Chrysler Pacifica, Excellent attitude from checking out and checking the van back in. I will continue to use Enterprise as I need to rent a vehicle. I would highly recommend Enterprise.  Thank You Jerry

Excellent service and very helpful staff, good vehicle and clean. The experience was flawless, I would highly recommend Enterprise.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. I got to this location with a confirmation # in hand and they said ‘we don’t have any cars available’ after I had them explain I walked out defeated and noticed a man walking in. Within minutes, an employee asked him which car he would like to drive and gave him 6 options of cars on the lot. After approaching the counter again, the manager was very rude and explained that he has priority. I’ve been an enterprise customer for years but after this experience, I’d rather rent a bicycle than a car from a company that does business like this.

Just a note to mention Joseph and DJ - they are always great and always go over and beyond the call of duty!  Always excellent service at this location.  I have been doing business here for many years.  Everyone is pleasant and very helpful.

They were awesome to work with and very quick.  All that I could ask for with the convenience of being small and close!
