The staff at Enterprise are wonderful. They took care of my needs of renting a car well. They are professional and friendly. The entire staff are very efficient. Abbie is a wonderful manager. Deaken is very good and has a good sense of humor, as does Grant and Anthony. I enjoyed working with him. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Even the gentleman that cleans the vehicles spent time talking with me as I waited for my car to be finalized. I enjoyed the experience. I have rented from Enterprise quite a few times and I have never had a bad experience with them ever. It’s always been fun easy and efficiently done. For the record, if I could give more than five stars on the initial page, I would. Since I can’t give more than five stars, there, I will here.
Had to get a rental car after a car accident and Enterprise is where it came from. Some of the staff was friendly, but one woman we delt with was very short with us and VERY pushy with the insurance, pretty much saying we absolutely needed it. The car itself did the trick and got us from place to place, but I dont think I'd pay anywhere close to 100 dollars a day. I think the insurance got ripped off at 25 bucks a day! The car had dents all over, a missing hubcap, and sounded like it had a exhaust leak. Not only that, but it only came with half a tank of gas. I feel like when you rent a car it should always be on full so you can easily return it on full instead of trying to eyeball it. The interior was nice with a nice enough radio and the car did get great gas millage. The car was relatively new with low mileage and ran pretty well, but once again, it could run like a Nascar and still wouldn't be worth 100 dollars a day, but that's just my opinion.
Had an insurance claim and they were able to get me in a really nice Toyota 4runner SUV! I went up to Enterprise car sales in Independence and they got me in a new car that same day! I had an awesome experience doing business with this company.
After a long day for all those involved I will say these guys went above and beyond to make sure I had a car for thanksgiving. They gave me a discount for the trouble and made sure I was happy before I left. Thank you for saving my thanksgiving also special shout-out to the Warrensburgs team and the branch manager
DJ Morris was super kind and delightful! I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance for my trip over the 4th of July holiday. On June 30th I received an email stating enjoy a free upgrade for the 4th. When I called the customer service line to inquire the lady told me that did not apply to pre existing reservations??! When I got to enterprise and mentioned this to DJ he upgraded me to a fabulous Toyota Rav 4 with all the bells and whistles! My family was very comfortable for our long drive to Florida and back. Thank you DJ! We will rent with you again in the future.
I just want to thank D.J. from Enterprise. He helped me through the process for a few days to get all I needed for my rental. I was in need of a car due to an accident and my car being in the repair shop. He was very kind and made sure I had a nice, clean, roomy vehicle for me and my kiddos! Thanks to him our summer will be alot better while waiting on our car! ** I know that he had quite a few reservations to be filled this day and very few cars to rent also. I hope people remember the state of our economy right now and the car shortage. He definitely needs to be paid more for being put in that position and all the while his hands are tied. I Made a reservation for a vehicle on Wednesday and the website worked great but that was about the only thing that worked like it was suppose to when dealing with the Sedalia Enterprise. Per the website I called ahead to arrange a pickup at my house to their office. What I got was " We might be able to but then again we might not. We'll call you in the morning the day of your appointment and let you know." I never received that phone call. When I followed up I was given another vague answer of maybe. So I was forced to make other arrangements. When I showed up to pick up the car I was told that they had NO MORE Cars. Well what's the point of a reservation then! The rep that was there was no help either. He simply just repeated the line "We don't have a car to give you" and never offered any help to fix this issue or make some arrangement. When I asked why I wasn't contacted if there was nothing available all I got was a shrug and a "I don't know". Worst experience renting a car ever.
Enterprise in Sedalia MO. Was a great experience. They were friendly, helpful and extremely easy to work with. When I picked up they were speedy. Car was goodsmelled a little like smoke but dissipated within the first day. When I dropped off, the guys were great to work with. They were very friendly and nice. I really have no real complaints. I would use them again.
Tried making reservations here a few times but always get called saying no cars or this location was closed and to go to warrensburg which never has cars either. We rent cars often but always end up driving to independence.
Would give this place a 0 star if this was possible. The service was nice enough but between the price changing three times on me due to fees no one from their office tells you about until your there trying to pick up your rental. They dont tell you that you also need insurance on it which is probably obvious unless you've never rented a car before. Honestly I'd recommend just about anything other than enterprise because in the end I gave up and just canceled my reservation from all the inconcistancy.
