Great experience! Had the pleasure of working with Mark. Very professional and stellar customer service! Also loved the vehicle I was given. The guy who picked me up was also super nice and professional, Bryce maybe?….I’m like 99% percent sure that was his name.
Marc is the guy to go to. Cool guy. Very professional and understanding. Helped me out. I had two vehicles from this place both clean both really nice vehicles. I would definitely do business with them again.
Went to this local to exchange a car due to window damage. The guy at the first desk was dressed in street clothing and never ask me my name or my rental info. He told me that I need to pay a deductible out of pocket before he could change out my rental which is not Enterprise policy and once I said I will call customer service he then said oh I don't have anything to exchange for you. I had to keep the damage car so that me and my family could return home. He was not professional at all. Everyone i called at Customer service was great and helped as much as they could.
Hats off to the Elyria team especial Marc and Jacob. This was a new experience for me. They were professionals, helpful, kind, polite and patient. They explained everything to me in a manner I understood. The rental was extremely clean and smoke free. The team worked to make my experience a good and memorable one. Thank you again.
