Great people with no hassle. I have used them several times because of accidents. Quick and easy to adjust agreement over phone if you need more time. Cars were all clean and well maintained.
This location has been absolutely phenomenal with their guest service. My car has been in the shop for a month now and Enterprise has been nothing but flexible and patient. Working with them has been the ray of sunshine in this messy situation I’ve been dealing with. They have been super accommodating and always wanting to make sure I am happy.
God knows what Stone Age reservation system they are using. I called the central reservation line to reserve a car. They told me they have full size and suv available. I go there on Saturday and see about 20 cars in the parking lot. The guy inside says no cars available and they are all reserved for Monday and he can’t give me a car. Terrible!
First off, I would like to say I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Port Orchard at the Jackson Drive/Sedgwick location. Our reasons for rental was due to a hit-and-run accident in October. Just as soon as we made an appointment with the repair shop, I received a text and a phone call from CorbinManager to set up logistics as to when, where, as well as options. He discussed meeting us at the shop so he could drive us back to Enterprise to sign the contract. Dillon, his co-worker ended up giving me a ride at a moments notice and it worked out great!! I rented a newer Toyota Camry that was well maintained and very economical. The contract signage was already taken care of and the business flow and communication from Insurance company to rental outlet was second to none! I think this is the first time I have been extremely pleased with how a car rental company has treated me. Again, outstanding service. Thanks so much!
Enterprise Port Orchard Washington is excellent. Super nice young lady working the front counter. After having so many issues at the airport she was the angel I needed. I got a great car fully loaded at a great price. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I will definately be coming back again.
The local enterprise rental office did an awesome job. The price was reasonable, service was good, contacts with representatives superb, and it was overall a good experience. They picked up my retnal car at the body shop, so I didn't 4even have to return it. The car was clean, and I even got an upgrade. I also took this opportunity to join the rewards plan.
The customer service at the port orchard Washington location was fair. They didn’t give specific return instructions. I’m responsible to know the rules and I should have asked. I rented for 4 days, paid way too much. Rented on a Friday. Drive away from store at near 4 pm. So by my math that means the car gets returned Tuesday by 4 pm. Well I was late returning the car. Was brought back at 11 pm was caught in a bad traffic accident on interstate 5 and they were closed by the time I thought to call so I went online to see if there was a way to pay for another day and keep the car till the next day but couldn’t figure out how to do it or it’s not an option I’m not sure but I was seven hours late and they took 90 of my $200 deposit. Which is almost 3 times the cost per day. I returned the vehicle spot less like the way I received it and gas was full. $90 I feel is not fare but I guess lesson learned. So this is a bad review. I gave you two stars solely on the quality of the car. The Nissan Altima is nice and I enjoyed driving it. But everything else was bogus.
This last time I rented was the third time since May of this year. The clerks at the counters are always efficient & organized. They arrange to have someone pick me up & take me home & since I have used them within last 90 days, they get me on my way with minimal delay. The cars are always clean & comfortable. I have rented from Enterprise many times over the last 18 years & will continue to do so in the future. Thank you for providing a needed service in my neighborhood area.

I think it was Andrew that helped me on the day I picked up the rental, he was fantastic and recommended the perfect vehicle for my needs. The vehicle was brand new and came with every single available option. It was fantastic. The negatives of my experience are as follows; I phoned several times to extend my rental by two days. My credit card was re-authorized for the entire rental amount which locked up all of my available credit. I spoke with Josh and he was not quite as helpful as I would have liked in attempting to secure a second rental. A major annoyance was the fact that the office is closed Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. Despite the fact that I returned the car on Sunday midday I was charged all the way through Monday. The additional day charge and insurance was almost $100.00.
