The slogan " The car company that picks you up" has been validated. My golf cart ran out of juice battery died last Sunday. I was 1 mile from home. While debating how I would push it home , a big Enterprise truck pulled up! These two handsome fellows , Alonso and Bryan , jumped out and asked me if they could lift the golf cart and I and take me to my house. They were so awesome ! They placed it on a lift at the back of the truck with myself in it. I gotta thank those Enterprise guys from my heart ! Such noble men deserve to be promoted to higher positions at Enterprise Rent a Car !! Now that's what I call Customer Service!
I am extremely unsatisfied with the company!!!We rented a vehicle for pick up in the La Quinta location after searching for 1hour and no success we where informed it was a satélite location and needed to contact Palm Desert location. We contacted the office and were told our rental was not available even with our reservation in place!! We then were told we could get 2 vehicles or wait while they check other stores for an 8 passenger vehicle and they would call us back. We received a callback to inform us an 8 passenger had came in, we rushed in to only be given a 7 passenger SUV. Then we were advised to wait till 5 and see if someone would return a vehicle . Once 5:30 came around we called the location and they advised that there was nothing they could do they had no vehicles available and the 2 cars option that they offered was a mistake!
Terrible! I sent my husband, mother, and son to pick up an xts Cadillac which they said they had on their site. I made a reservation days before maybe a week and they said they called but it’s still ridiculous. If you say you have inventory then you should have it! Had to end up renting a Chevrolet instead from palm desert and we’re all very disappointed especially since this could have been so easy but this entire operation was incompetent. Listen To The Reviews for all those who even think of coming here. I saw so many people come in consoling because they messed up and they messed up with us and the guy supposedly ignored my family which was simply more obnoxious since he was the cause of all this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
These days, I think the phrase Coachella Fest is an Indian word meaning "Bumper to Bumper. I mean it. But here's what happened to me. My experience began with AAA towing my car to my mechanic. In the course of business with AAA they offered me a great deal with Enterprise Rent A Car . It was Saturday evening by the time they made the reservation for me and that meant most Enterprise stores would be closed on Sunday. I would have to go to the one on 111 and Monterey in Palm Desert of all the way to the one at the Palm Springs Airport. What worked for me was the Enterprise at the La Quinta Hotel and Resort. But here's something you need to know people: There's only one guy there doing everything to get someone their car and that means we gotta be patient because he's going as fast as he can to get to you. I tried calling their number three times on Sunday morning and got nothing. He was outside putting someone in their car or getting one back. I called the La Quinta Resort's switchboard to see what was up..."Would you mind looking outside, see that he's open." I finally got him on the phone and greatly reassured, headed his way. Tyler was great. He went out of his way to make it easy for me and then for no reason in particular, he put me a new 2018 Charger and getting a bitchin' car like that made a bumper to bumper weekend, just great.
I actually LOVE Enterprise but they didn't have enough cars to rent out in this area when I was there at that time of the year week before Coachella event. My suggestion is simple - please add more cars in anticipation of upcoming big events! I've tried other car rental companies, but I don't like them anywhere near as much as I do Enterprise!
I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Sergio and Francisco were professional, affable, personable, and outright accommodating. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location. My renting experience was quick and easy!!
Great place..beautiful, they are a satellite branch made for the hotel guests so its a one man operation located inside the laquinta resort. They do accept outside guests aside from the hotel but make sure you make a reservation cause they only carry enough cars for reservations and guests.
This is simply a car rental drop-off location, they don’t keep inventory here. Maps took us here after reserving a car, only to find there are no cars. Gee thanks!
One person running it. We drove the car and when we stopped, it wouldn't start. We were stranded because the guy never have us the key fob!! Crazy!!
i reserved a car and when it was time to pick up the car, I was told they didn't have any. Poor customer service.
