Danni was our rep. She called me 2 days prior to my pickup time to confirm. She was very helpful and had us out the door in about 15 minutes. No complaints. They were good. My only issue was the Nissan Murano we drove felt stiff like someone hit a curve, hard and didn't tell Enterprise about it but after a few miles I was able to compensate my driving style. Still felt weird though. I am only mentioning it for the onboard staff... Thanks Enterprise.
I can’t not say enough about enterprise especially this location!!! Kelsey was so helpful she went above and beyond to help me with my rental after the car dealer took forever to fix my suv. There cars were newer very clean and safe. This experience has made me only want to rent from them. My next vacation I will only be looking in to using their cars. Thank you for the above and beyond service that I received!!!!
My vehicle was towed to West Herr Kia on Friday night. I am covered in full for a rental. West Herr has put in the order thru enterprise. It's currently Monday. I'm still waiting on a rental & one is not available until tomorrow Tuesday. 4 days without a rental vehicle because no cars are available is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, when people like myself need to report to work. Absolutely DISGUSTED, poor service.
Booking the rental was easy. The rental period was frustrating due to many factors, but the branch manager killed the customer service when I returned the rental! He went above and beyond and it proved why he has the best branch. Thank you.
The manager here went out of his way to help us. It was closing and he was excellent. Would recommend, and have, to anyone looking for a great car. They are amazing here.

Problem-free rental. I got the minivan I wanted at a great rate. The van drove great and I had an easy, no-hassle return on a holiday. We'll see you again Enterprise.
Our car was hit while parked outside my mom's house. The whole passenger side, side swiped. Pretty significant damage. So while it was getting fixed they gave us a rent a car and it was the same as our car. Same make/model. So we felt like we still had our vehicle lol. They did a great job fixing our car also we are very happy customers and would rent a vehicle from here anytime. Just next time hopefully it's for a trip instead of damage!
Gave out a car that has the shakiest breaks ever. They’re supposed to look over every inch of the car before giving it out for someone to drive. Doesn’t even feel safe to drive.
Excellent service and they were willing to put me in a vehicle that was covered rate by my insurance, despite the fact the vehicle rental cost was over my daily covered rate. Polite and friendly. Always a positive experience with Enterprise.
