I've used Enterprise Rent-A-Car at this location on dozens of occasions. I have never once had any issues. The staff is always very helpful and are committed to giving the best service possible. Manager Sarah and all her staff deserve high commendations. Highly recommend
They have changed their payment policies! For YEARS my husband and I have paid with my card and used him as a driver. This has never been an issue. Today we tried to pick up a vehicle we had booked for my birthday and they refused my credit card. They told us “fraud” was a huge concern now. I don’t understand how, after we have rented several vehicles from them - and returned them - filled and without issue for YEARS, suddenly we would be a fraud risk? Everything is on file. There is no logic here. Granted I could understand if this was a new rental with a new customer - but it is not. We have always been excellent customers. I guess loyalty is not something this company values. What is worse is that we booked over a month ago with all of this information. We even called in last week with questions about our rental. Not one person at any time noticed this or told us it would be a problem. Their computer system did not flag it as an issue - which should have been set on the management end as soon as the policy changed - so exactly this did not happen. It’s very hard to be excited for something for over 6 months just to have everything fall apart at the very last minute
I remember the old ad "enterprise we will pick you up" we were looking to rent a van for a week which would have been over $1400+ this one and the one in ottawa told us it was not worth there time to take the van from ottawa to cornwall since cornwall had no 7 passenger vehicles in stock. Its ok we found somewhere in cornwall thats half price and more accommodating. Enterprise is not worth our time look around there is a way better deal out there. **cough** National Car Rental on Vincent Massey Drive

I want to send out a huge thumbs up to Sarah Pacey. I needed to transport my wife from hospital after hip surgery and I needed a vehicle that she could get into and out of as easily as possible. Sara went out of her way to pull a vehicle from the system that was not transferred to their location yet. She was kind, understanding and knew exactly what I was talking about and what I needed. You cannot possibly get better service. The kindness and understanding in what was for me an extremely stressful situation was above and beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere.
Friendly service and although a lil busy, they were able to get me going fast enough. Make sure you have a credit card
Got a rental yesterday. Despite that they knew well in advance I needed a vehicle I had to settle for a much smaller vehicle than agreed with by the insurance co. The vehicle is equipped with all season MS weather tires but the front ones are well used and I would be in trouble if snow hits the ground. I´d rather not give the answers I was given when I mentioned this to the employee. I left and the first time I drove up to 100 khm, the vehicle started to shake like crazy. Obviously it needs to have the tires balanced for one thing. 2 nd and last time I get a car from them.
They are truly a nice group the deal with... NO STRESS AT ALL... 'NICE PEOPLE,,,, all of them,.,. The cars are ready and clean when you received them....
The staff are friendly and want to help you. We weren't fussy with the first loaner, and true to their word, a week later they got us a more spacious vehicle.
Perfect customer service. Of particular note..thank you Bailey!
