Customer service was great the representative explained everything. The only thing that stop them from having 5 star's was that the vehicle could have been much cleaner on the outside and some inside.
Excellent service, they call you before your pickup date to confirm your car, which is great because I have prepaid for rentals weeks in advance at another agency Hertz on 78 and was told there were no cars available. The team I’ve dealt with at Enterprise is great. Theo, Corey, and Jazmine go above and beyond to make things right. Bravo .
I rented a vehicle in Stone Mountain Ga. Our rental consultant Corey, was wonderful. He greeted us with a smile and was very efficient. There were no delays and it wasn’t a long process. 2 thumbs up!!.
This enterprise location has some of the best customer service reps that I’ve encountered in car rental. Theo and Stewart and I think Alvin? we’re professional and very helpful during a difficult period following a car accident. Whether we were using the insurance company or personally renting a car, I got the same great service. a couple of times I had difficulty with enterprise policy, however on different visits the customer reps were able to help me while upholding policy and finding a win for my situation. Customer Service on the phone however, if you get those ladies in the afternoon, especially, it just seems like they’re just trying to go home. So best experience is definitely in-store in person.
Idk Who was the staff on 6/22/2023 appareantly no body wanted to work and answer the phone. Left me waiting on the phone 40 minutes with no answer until my time passed5pm. And I needed to pick up my car from the garage after 6 weeks being on Collision. Couldnt pick up my car because of you and had to pay an extra day cause of you. You guys are paying that extra day and you guys owe me money for it.
I don’t recommend this location for Enterprise. The line for the counter was almost out the door. The agent who rented me the car tried to give me a smaller car than what I reserved and then lied and said the car she was attempting to give me was a full size car. It wasn’t. When I finally got a different vehicle and left, I discovered that someone an employee left a cell phone in the vehicle, so I had to drive all the way back to give it to them. Renting a car is not supposed to be this complicated and dishonest.
Had a great rental, and our rep couldn't have been better! Very knowledgeable, and great customer service! A great representative for the company, and office as a whole. Might have taken my future business from hertz permanently Shout out to Corey Rious! Thanks for taking care of us, and introducing us to a nice vehicle!
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU RENT!!!!!! I DO NOT recommend this enterprise to no one. My dad and I was in a really bad car accident. He has insurance but wants to add me on as a driver which the insurance company said he can and when we spoke to someone at this location Monday they also said he can. We did not get the car because they only take chip cards at this location, I even ask if it could be typed in manually they told us no, so we left. So today I call to schedule a pick up and Micheal said he cannot add me as a driver for $15/day. I ask Micheal to explain why because they told us Monday I could be added as a driver. Micheal was very very rude over the phone. He did not help me understand nothing and told me if I came up there it would be the same thing and then he hung up in my face. That really hurt my feelings. I felt depreciated. He made me feel like I was nobody. FYI: As a customer service representative FOR ANY COMPANY you should be aware that you cannot treat people any type of way because you never know what a person is going through. I have been suffering from ptsd and depression for 2 years. Therefore you do not know how you just made me feel. Sorry but this place gets a 0. I do not Recommend this Enterprise at all.
I had a TERRIBLE experience at Covington Hwy location and was told an area manager would call me and they NEVER did! I went here and received exceptional service! Theo and Dee were awesome! They wanted my business and to help! The whole staff is great! I ended up having to extend my reservation TWICE and it was no issue plus got a free upgrade. I cannot say enough about this location. This location is the ONLY reason I would consider using Enterprise again
I received a car with a broken headlight and low tire pressure. I called 4 times before I got an answer on the phone. Once I did they told me they didnt have any cars to switch the car with. They told me to take it to a shop and they would authorize a repair. I wait over an hour and they haven’t authorized the repair. I call this location and explain what I need. I’m still put on hold. I never got the repair done. Meanwhile, I call another Enterprise location, get an immediate answer and they locate a shop nearby where I can trade in a vehicle.
