The people at Enterprise in Trenton were wonderful, and we intend to use your services again. We’ve rented cars all over the country from Enterprise, but this was our first experience with Trenton, and it was a positive one. Andy, Jordan, and Brian were all great.
Once I reach my destinato drop my car off. I called enterprise and there were the error within 10 minutes very courteous. Didn't like the 1st vehicle and they were nice enough to switch it out for me So I was more comfortable.. I will definitely use them again

We were charged extra for a rental without our knowledge. It was a few no one ever explained to us until we decided to extend our rental. Even after we were never told about the fee no one would help us out when our situation.

My experience was good.I went online and reserved a car. Process went smoothly for pickup and drop out. Heads up if you are using your Bank Card there is a deposit and you have to show a bill in your name. Electronic, water or even a pay stub. Definitely will be returning if needed. Thank you to Enterprise on Olden Avenue in Ewing for great customer service skills and for doing a follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Very much appreciated!
The representative who brought me my car Daryl was 5 stars--helpful and prompt. But the charges for the rental were dishonest. I rented a car while having my own vehicle repaired, and was assured that the $50 deposit would be refunded to me as soon as I returned the rental. Apparently Enterprise had difficulty getting insurance to cover the refund, so they decided not to refund it to me at all, and also charged me an additional $56.58 that they never did really explain. I'm talking with insurance to try to get that fixed, but even if I get my hundred bucks back, Enterprise stole it from me.
