Came in this morning after a tuff work out at my boxing facility so I looked a bit homeless I can say. Soon as I walked in I was not greeted just treated with pure disrespect by the black girl at the front desk with the supposed name of autumn. I asked her for her name and she walked away from me and stated she has no time for this. I spoke to a guy at the front desk which I thought I'd get a bit better customer service and I was completely wrong. My insurance had reserved a reservation for me and when I gave him the reservation number he explained I had no reservation and he didn't have any vehicle available but the customer before me was told there was 2 vehicles available. See how that didn't add up. Either way I didn't let that affect me at all I just called my insurance went ahead and went to the location in Fontana location. Don't usually leave reviews but I just want people looking for a place with respect and great customer service this is definitely not the place. Then again there's a reason there working front desk at enterprise making minimum wage due to there life choices. Not demeaning anyone just a fact.
First, let me start off by saying MELVIN short and stout Hispanic guy was really rude. We weren’t even greeting upon entering. The purpose for our visit was swapping out our Tahoe because the car was infested with insects. Instead of being nice and helping out, he did the complete opposite. I’m calling corporate right now as I type this for this loser. However, IVAN was amazing.
I bought a car from here , 2 weeks later I was hearing something loud in the engine. They told me to go to pep boys to check it out. Then pep boys told me that’s just how Hondas r suppose to sound. So whatever I took their word . Now it’s been a year and pep boys or enterprise says they can’t help me. And again , tells me I need to go to pep boys because I didn’t get the extended year warranty. If i would have known this car was going to get worst , I would have took the car back to enterprise. Then enterprise has the audacity to tell me, “ well if I was concerned about the car, why didn’t I bring it back to them”? WHICH I DID, TWO WEEKS AFTER!!! All they did was send me somewhere else. This is my 3rd car I got from them and never had a problem, but now when something is wrong with my car, they don’t want to help. I won’t be buying anymore cars from here anymore or recommend anyone else
With 100% certainty, I will be returning back to the Enterprise, Bloomington branch on Valley. One of the best rental car locations that I’ve ever interacted with. It’s nice to experience people working that actually enjoy their profession AND each other. My experience with the staff was highly-appreciated. Welcoming & Friendly customer service upon arrival if when busy, well-knowledged staff, a variety of vehicles on the lot and staff takes pride in accommodating the customer and providing top-notch customer service. Big shout-out to Melvin, Karla, Autumn, DJ and the entire Enterprise Bloomington, staff. You rock! My rental experience and weekend out with the family in the vehicle was priceless…thanks again.
Not many vehicles to choose from, sales people weren't very helpful, just tried to push whatever they wanted on us, not disclosing they had other cars available till we were ready to walk out the door, then clapping and shouting woo hoo, when we finally decided on the car they were holding back, very concldesending! pretty poor management!
I reserved the car online. When I went into the office, someone intended to meet immediately, even though there were several other people there. I did have that reservation which helped. The young lady that assisted me was great. The initial car that I was going to take had a very bad cigarette smell odor, and I questioned it. Again the young lady went back inside, came out and gave me a different car to take so that I wouldn’t have to take that first one.. I really appreciated that. I also needed it for an extra day due to my personal car not being ready and there was no issue with that either. Thank you to your team in Rialto.
So I have my car in for repairs and I reserved a car for a rental. I normally drive an Alfa Romeo so Enterpirse called me saying “hey I see you normally drive an Alfa Romeo and I have one here for you if you want to drive the same model car”. So I’m thinking perfect I’ll take that and as I get to enterprise they are telling me they can’t give me the car because I’m not 25 years of age. Why would they call me saying they can give me a specific vehicle without verifying important information? I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone to this location for this poor management. This is a lack of training and creating a terrible experience for the customers.
Rented a car while ours was in the shop. Enterprise was very helpful and hospitable. Their customer service was great.
Understanding Staffand they picked me up at home. I rented a car twice now and I intend to always return there to rent a future road trip vehicle, or one at the Airport, to bad the dont offer both at the same place. Sincerely Gail Tardiff
