It’s typically two reasons that people usually find themselves in a predicament to have to rent a car, the first of which is due to the fact that they have simply chosen to do so, and the second voyage is usually result of an unfortunate circumstance, nevertheless, there is usually an array of different degrees of the personalities that you encounter specifically as it pertains to customer service. The reason that I found myself renting, unfortunately, was due to an unfortunate circumstance, however, the customer service I encountered specifically from the entire management team at this specific location, is nothing less than almost unbelievable, I mean, these guys are beyond top-tier, when I say everybody, I mean everybody! Mr. Daniel, Mr. Matthew, Mr. Alex, I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with more respect to my entire life, the way they’ve greeted me during every visit, essentially makes me feel like royalty, there hasn’t been even a single inconvenience while dealing with them, and I’ve rented for nearly 4 months, I have so much more to say, and I feel like I’ve already said too much, and the bottom line is: five Bajillion stars from me!!!!! this specific location is beyond highly recommended, I promise you, if you want a hassle free, in and out experience, with individuals that are essentially the pinnacles of refinement, when it comes to customer service, then look no further these are your guys!!!!!!

Dan, the manager, is an extremely cool and helpful guy. I needed another car after losing the keys to my rental and he made the process very smooth. I know where I’ll be going for all my future rentals!

I decided to rent from your sylvan lake place instead of auburn hills, due to someone sitting in at the auburn hills location and told me I should give sylvan lake a try...boy was that the worst mistake ever...I have never had a problem with rentals from enterprise thru the years, but this time was a really bad experience...Car had many dents in it and smelled awful...I had to ride with the windows down in 90 degree weather..not only did it smell bad, it's was so nasty inside, and full of cigarette burns. I'm hoping this is not what customers get when they reserve the managers special. I will be returning first thing in the morning.

We've used Enterprise a lot over the years and the service has always been good, but this was the first time we dealt with the Sylvan Lake location and they were excellent! We had initially made a reservation in the wrong city and needed to switch to Sylvan Lake as this was closest to the repair center. Alex was awesome, he couldn't have been more kind and helpful, and we absolutely loved the vehicle he put us in! Our return was handled by Morgan and she was great as well! Everything was seamless and speedy. Thank you! Will definitely recommend and use this location again.

I had to rent a car due to an auto accident. The team was very friendly and professional.   I had two rental cars during the repair of my car.  The 1st car was fantastic with the exception of not being a the right type of car for winter.  That was not there fault, it was just what was left.  When they had other options to switch out the manager Morgan contacted me.  The next car was okay,but it did have a bit of a smokey smell  I don't smoke but I called them when the order was strong and notified them of the odor. They noted my account and apologized for that slight problem.   I returned the car with no incidents.  They were very helpful and didn't charge me for the transfer of my pet hair from my clothes to the cloth seats.  I carry about a pound of dog hair on my clothes at any given time.   I was grateful for the management's understanding.   I forgot to bring a lint brush.  All in all, it was a good experience.   Thank you!!

My experience here so far is great, especially with the new manager, Morgan.  She was just amazing.  I was in an accident and Enterprise picked me up the very next morning to select a car.  On the 1st car there were some minor fixes but when Morgan was assigned to assist me on a switch she went "Over and above". The rental process was so easy and completed within 15 minutes and she went over everything on how the vehicle works.  I was so scared and stressed from my accident but "Thank you Enterprise" for such a kind and helpful staff here.

I wouldn’t call the customer service or the vehicle’s choice/cleanliness exceptional but they definitely need to work on many improvements. As a returning customer, I only see this branch going down hill.

I had to stop renting here after some bad experiences. The wait was often long. No snow scrapper in the car once when we had snow and also the wipers frozen to the windshield and clogged with ice not wiping the window. I think all the cars here are parked outside and not enough employees to keep them clean and ready.

Terrible smelling cars. Sat in 2 cars, settled for the 2nd but shouldn't have. The first was very obviously smoked in. Calling in the morning to see if there is anything they can do. Picked up at closing, I can't drive it with the windows up the smell is so bad.

Top notch service. Always there in a clutch. Last time we got a tiny car this one we actually got one that we liked more. They're very reasonable with their price and always professional. Highly recommend.
