Car was amazing.. fuel efficient don't describe it. Mpg on that car got me home on E with 3miles to spare.. we was below the E.. Bar was so below E every time I stopped at a light that start stopped for the motor we kick on and I'll just throw my hands up like that's it it's over but it was just that start stop saving MPG and got me home thanks Enterprise good car
Easy, fast, fun experience renting here! Good selection of cars, low price. They made it very convenient keeping in touch with the insurance company that paid, they took care of everything made it super easy!
Went to this site because our insurance adjuster sent us. Our rental car was stopping and jerking, etc. Throwing us around during mid drive. Totally unsafe. I called this location to confirm my reservation allowed me to come amd that they had cars available. They put me on hold for 30 minutes. Then came back, asked my phone number and confirmed my reservation. I told them we were on the way and to call me if there are not cars. Once we get there, I tell them they forgot to call me. They then said to pick any car on the left. We picked an audi since it was most like our lexus. Once they pulled up my reservation again, they then said we have to go to the other location because it would cost them to help us. We literally showed them video of the car stopping on us. I then asked him how he felt letting is go in an unsafe car. Dwyte said this is what had to happen unless we were willing to get in a lower class car. Soooo you can't switch out the car for something safe unless it is a lower class vehicle. Sounds like negligence to me. Horrible experience.
Management and customer service representatives give you different quotes and ratings and go against each other ... they lack unity and communication in this office among staff because they aren't on one accord and it's confusing to the customers... EDDIE is the branch manager he's rude and makes things difficult for customers who rent here... I asked to speak with someone from the corporate office and he lied to me and said someone would reach out and they never did.... I wouldn't recommend this enterprise rent a car to anyone...
Got a call from enterprise to come in and renew my rental agreement which I'm getting through my insurance company because my truck is currently being fixed. I was on hold for 20 minutes to have to deal with Eddie. Eddie, the head manager-who says that he is the owner -- was EXTREMELY rude!!! He was irritable at the fact I wasn't able to come in and renew my contract at a moment's notice. He refused to give me the corporate office number and would not be accommodating in any manner. It seems that he and his staff are adept at taking advantage of people with disabilities and apparently had no time to discuss my very fixable situation. PLEASE BE WARNED!!!
Always great customer service the staff are friendly and eager to assist simply a smooth experience everytime I've been to this location.
I reserved a car at the Hermosa beach location. They called prior to the reservation time and informed me that they were out of cars. While working through other options and speaking to 5 different representatives, I landed on the Lawndale location. I, unfortunately, was assisted by Eddie twice. The first time I spoke with him he was pleasant and helpful. He transferred me to a reservation specialist named Tina. Tina confirmed that The Lawndale location had a car for me and that someone would be able to pick me up from my house at noon. She sent over the confirmation with the updated details and I noticed she mistyped my address. Her system wouldn’t allow her to edit the address so she transferred me back to the local branch for assistance. I, again, got Eddie. He, obviously irritated from the pressures of his job, was very short and sassy with me. Unwilling to help, unwilling to accommodate, and unwilling to listen. He spoke over me throughout the entire conversation and even went as far as to CANCEL my reservation because I misspoke and called him Ricky a different enterprise rep that helped me earlier regarding this debacle. When he told me that wasn’t his name, I apologized and explained I had spoken to a lot of different reps within that hour. Even after my acknowledgment and apology, EDDIE canceled the reservation and hung up while calling me “disrespectful” for an honest mistake. Eddie, if you read this, try to be a better human. It takes less effort than having a nasty attitude ESPECIALLY in a service based field. YOU chose your job. If you don’t like it, I urge you to look for something more fitting. Tried to swap car due to one I picked up smelling like cigarettes. Eddie one of the managers made it the hardest process possible trying to find any way to fine me or create extra hurdles. Tried to put the blame for the smell on me after one day of having it. Careful with this branch/ manager.
Atia Walker saved the day. She was professional, efficient, courteous, positive, compassionate, and funny. After telling her my vehicle was involved in a hit and run car accident, she reminded me to stay positive-to see the silver lining, which was that no one was hurt. She exceeded all customer service expectations; I am super happy! Then, when the car's tire pressure was low, I took the car back, and I got lucky-she assisted me again-and met all my needs. We got a car rental through our insurance company. The whole process was fast and easy. The car was a perfect fit for us! The staff was friendly and the manager Dwyte went above and beyond to facilitate our rental experience. Would definitely recommend.
