Friendly and helpful. Grateful for the rental, but the vehicle they gave us was a very rough riding car. I wish they would ride in them before they decide to purchase them for rentals.
KShawn brought my rental to me at the collision repair shop, smooth check in. Vehicle performed well but had a couple minor scratches. Upon returning to the Statesboro location I was received graciously by the manager. Easy pesy.. good job guys!!
Sitting here as we speak,having to wait on my dad to get here because we were told they could take Green Dot card. Well we get here and we are told no pre pay cards. Another woman comes in and lays with a chime card. Which is pre payed. Not all that friendly. Never again I will go to vidalia. All I know they better be glad I need a car .
Always polite and prompt. K’Shawn and the general manager were both helpful. In and out in less than 30 minutes with a reservation which was great since I went in before work. Thank you guys!

I have rented multiple vehicles from the Statesboro,GA location. Customer service has been great and the vehicles have been of quality.
Having the requirement of producing a utility bill in a college town where most apartment complexes include utilities, didn't seem very smart. Further, understanding that many families have family cell phone plans leaves lots of folks not being able to produce that. Not accepting a apartment lease as proof of residency is like the a nail on the coffin. All this because another party's insurance thinks Enterprise is the way to go for rentals while your car is in the shop. Topping it off, local management couldn't seem to care less, "It's corporate policy".
I've never had to rent a vehicle outside of my employment. I was amazed at how perfectly easy it was! I wasn't sure how long I would need a rental, and that was also wonderfully simple. The store employees were extremely busy but never once rude or rushed when interacting with me. I was given very thorough information and the return was simple. THANK YOU Statesboro Enterprise Rent A Car!
They have been good to me through the years and the only real car rental place in Statesboro. Austin was awesome! Thanks for the great service! You make road trips FUN!
Felt as if they didn't do "all they could" to resolve an issue. Was told that they could do a refund because of miscommunication on the return date. Customer was charged 4 days and only used it one day. Alex said no problem, his manager said they would refund 2 days, her boss said just one. There was only 6 miles used on the vehicle... I would recommend Franklin Toyota as a better alternative where they throw in Sunday's for free!
