Ashley went above and beyond the call of duty for me yesterday. She didn’t have to help me hunt down a vehicle when nobody else at Enterprise wanted to, but she did. She was the only National/Enterprise employee that cared to help me work through a very stressful and difficult situation that was out of my control. Thank you, Ashley!
So helpful in getting me in a car. No red tape to actually obtaining a rental. SUV low mileage, clean no problems. Available to get me set up at last minute. Have me extension on number of days when I was unable to return on day I planned. Friendly helpful hardworking store personal. Will repeat business with Enterprise again next occasion arrives. Very satisfied
We had a rental car reserved, the lady called and said it was getting an oil change. She then called later and said that they didn’t have any of those types of cars that we reserved….Which is super weird because if you didn’t why did you say it was getting an oil change in the first place? Oh and we were in the parking lot a day before and seen that there was that type of vehicle there! This was 03/24/2023. My bf dropped his insurance on his vehicle because he hasn’t been able to drive it as it’s getting looked at, so she said she’d have to ask her manager if that’s okay and call him back, which she never did. He called the office number and the number she was calling from, she never picked up the phone, she just closed up the store and left.
Easily booked by phone and confirmed later with Picayune location. Enterprise locations are limited in MS, luckily this one was 1/4 mile from the repair shop we needed. Brandon was helpful, KIA was clean and got good mileage. Would definitely rent here again.
I just want to say overall being with my personal vehicle for over a month The Branch manager Mr. Sanders was beyond amazing, knowledgeable and Very Helpful. I would recommend this branch to anyone in need of Great Quality Service and Professionalism.
Awesome service on the pickup. The vehicle had a half tank of gas on the pick up and returned the same way!
Made a reservation for a work trip several days in advance, arrived and was told they didn't have a car for me, PLENTY of cars in parking area, I received no call prior to tell me they would not have a car for me. Went back to work and called the corporate number, they said they would have a car for me by 10:30AM. Went back to the local store at 10:25am and was denied unless I wanted to wait 8 hours before I could leave for my business trip. By this time I am upset so I just took my personal car. Called corporate back to make a formal complaint and they told me that someone would reach back out to me about this situation since my company uses them all the time. Its been 2 weeks no phone call. Highly disappointed in this company. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this store or company.
0 Stars!! As a once loyal customer, I must say I’m absolutely disgusted at how I was treated by management today while picking up my rental. The manager and his assistant were rude and unprofessional, even after I informed them of my disability. I’ve rented there a total of 4 times within the last 3 months without any issues. They denied my rental and I lost out on being at a close friends wedding. This place is the worlds worst regarding customer service and management. Enterprise has lost a long-standing loyal customer. I will be spreading the word as well to others.
