our car was ready to go, clean, filled up, and waiting when we got to Enterprise. Angela helped us very quickly and we were on our way, just the way it was supposed to go! we returned the car and again, quick and easy! Can't say enough about how easy and happy an experience we had.

I showed up about an hour and a half after my pickup time and was told that I'm late and I would need to rebook and pay again to get a vehicle.  I have never in my life had an issue with a late pickup assuming it is still normal business hours or an early drop off with any rental company. And the notion that I then have to pay again to get a vehicle just made me walk out. Not arguing with someone who clearly doesn't know what they're doing.

Bunch of thieves. I wasn’t suppose to charged because of my insurance covering it. The lady claim I was getting a premium car for $20 a day and they charged me $88 for two days. THIEVES. I already reported to corporate. The front Mexican girl needs to be fired for stealing.

young lady came out, rise our voice to us being disrespectful. she got disrespectful when we had told her we were calling our lawyer she decided to be very disrespectful to my sister and mother and we had the write to tell her to lower her voice and she started to be more rude. it looked like the young girl was on drugs the way her attitude was being she was trying to throw signs if she wanted to fight a minor. horrible customer service she decided to calm down after when we were recording on our phones don’t recommend that place they need to work on how to treat customers.

Our car rental was handled by Cole. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and with customer satisfaction skills that were impeccable.

I recommend this place staff is friendly and professional. A young man name Saige helped me out and he made picking up the and dropping off the rental effortlessly.

Terrible customer experience with Angela, never been treated so rude with such arrogance by any Enterprise employee during the last 25 years of using them. Definitely never returning.....

Worst experience ever! Messed up my reservation they transferred me to another location never confirmed with them, they claim they did and that they also had confirmed with me and it was not true, end of the day was left stranded because my car was in the shop getting fixed.

Angela was completely rude and miss informing on a scheduled pick up of a vehicle.  She is very unprofessional and shouldn’t work in the  customer service industry. If I could give no stars I sure would.  Update: I also emailed the customer service link and they did nothing about the situation. I would just stay away from this location  all the way around.

I had rented SUV for road trip to San Antonio with my daughter and grandkids. Perfect vehicle for our trip. Vehicle rode and traveled perfectly. My experience with the store staff was equally as pleasant. Even gave me a ride back to my house when I returned the SUV. Overall, the whole of my experience gets a 5. I wont hesitate to return to Enterprise next time I need to rent a vehicle.
