This office may be short staffed, but they still provided the great service I’m used to. I just needed a car for a couple of days while in town for work, so I booked a midsize sedan. When I showed up they upgraded me to a midsize SUV, which turned out to be the better option for me and my co-workers with the extra space. Would definitely recommend this location!

We were distrespected insulted and left in the sun to wait multiple times. Only to be finally refused service after I got upset For being asked for my driver's license for the 4or 5th time that was. Scaned photographed and the information taken Already  after driving an hour one way because the wld not take my travel companions debit card with out three bills in his name?? We complained be cause the van was Filthy, pointed out issues and damage  we asked the windshield be cleaned and a 12" secction was.sort of cleaned .. finally trying to pay I tossed My card and lic on the counter to be told she would not rent me a car..

My go-to for car rentals, always. I’ll be reserving a car with them today. The staff is always patient, accommodating, polite and friendly.

The service was great getting the vehicle to the body shop where my vehicle was being repaired. The reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 5 was because the first vehicle had to be returned due to a flat which I don’t blame enterprise for but the replacement vehicle was pretty dirty. I had to take the vehicle to the car wash and clean the windows myself because the windshield was pretty dirty. That’s the only negative part of my experience. Everything else was great.

The staff who worked at the place we rented the car and the staff at the place we returned the car to Crown St., New Haven were all extraordinarily friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Kayla, at the Crown St. branch who is a delightful human being. To be fair, she had more chance to shine since she drove us to the train station. Oh yes our car was great, too. I will definitely book again with Enterprise.

I've been using the Guilford location for quite a few years.  Very professional and friendly staff!  Had an unexpected, last minute need for a rental this week and they were able to help.  Thank you!!!  My experience has always been excellent and I will always go back.

Called Guilford 2 C if any cars available 2 rent day B4 Thanksgiving. Mngr said he will call if any were returned in time. Excellent Customer Service. They did contact me when one was available. Thanx Guilford
