Unprofessional bunch of workers at thisa location. They are liers. They gave me a car that I did not choose, higher than what my insurance would cover, of course did not notify of that at the time they brought to me. They promissed me several times they would reimburse me the sales tax, but they would not. Broke their promises, and when I called them to speak with a Manager, immediately they say he is in a meeting. Sam and Nick are not trust worthy employees at this location. Never again will deal with these day robbers.
I was taken care of immediately, process was smooth. Every time I called and had questions they were answered thoroughly. Dylan helped answer and clarify my questions regarding the extensions of my rental. Kevin helped me throughout the entire process of getting my car setup and ready to leave while my car was in the shop for repairs. He helped me check in my vehicle upon return as well and made it super easy for me at a stressful time, while I have my vehicle in repair shop. Great customer service , super helpful, and can’t thank them enough for making it easy for me.
Definitely the best experience I've had at a car rental company! When I came in to get my rental car while repairs were being completed on my car, they told me they did not have the equivalent of my car at the moment to loan me and offered me a mini van for the same price. I told them I was not very comfortable driving a mini van and they said that I could upgrade to an SUV but I would have to call the car insurance company to get that approved because it was cost more than a "basic" rental. The insurance company was giving me a super hard time about approving the upgrade for my rental, which was extremely frustrating given that the accident was not my fault in the first place. Matt at Enterprise then offered to speak to the insurance representative himself and convinced him to give me the SUV, which I was more comfortable driving. I appreciated that Matt took the time to do this for me, he went above and beyond and was so kind through out the whole process. I would definitely rent from them again.
After my car wreck, Progressive set up a rental for me at this location and the whole process was easy and stress free. Great service and very helpful. Also picked me up from the car repair place and dropped me off at their location and took me to pick up my car after it was repaired.
I rent cars on a weekly basis for work and I used to utilize Avis or budget. However I stopped by one time to give enterprise another chance, due to having a negative experience in the past. Kevin Legare provided the best customer service I’ve ever had. Any request or quick change due to my highly liquid schedule that I made Kevin was on top of and would produce a solid solution every time. We’ve since changed our entire sales teams preferred rental car company to enterprise. I spend 60% of my time on the road and will be loyal customer for the rest of my career to enterprise. @enterprise corporate team, make a strategic investment into Kevin and I guarantee it will pay dividends. Kevin’s high level of customer service is allowing your organization to capture market share back from your competitors.
I had to rent a car through this location because insurance set it up. They picked me without a problem. And the associates are very friendly. But now my car is done and they are not wanting to pick there car. I called them yesterday to tell them to pick up there car and where to pick up the car and they said they would pick up the car. But the car is still not picked up yet. And I am being charged for this car every day they don’t pick it up. I am very fed up with them.
I've used Enterprise for years, because I can always count on great service & good pricing. Staff are always helpful & friendly.
