I have been a loyal customer for decades. The last rental was terrible. First car was full of cat hair, which i had to exchange, second car was filthy and empty in gas. No one even inspected car with me, just handed me the keys. No pride in their job is obvious.
BUYER BEWARE: This clown of a rental place wanted to charge us $500 for a rock chip that inevitably turned into a crack in the span of 24hrs. Not only did they want to charge me $500 under the premise of refunding me the difference it costs to fix it, they also demanded I filed a claim on my insurance before leaving the property. When I talked to the person behind the desk she got mouthy and said we “damaged” the vehicle. Which couldn’t be any further from the truth. Then when I tried to speak to her about it she just deferred to wife with her mouthy attitude. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Trying to basically scam your customers because we didn’t want to buy your overpriced insurance per day is ridiculous. STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Horrible experience!!!! Company charged me a key fob that I didn’t damage, called in to report key not working/malfunction issue , informed me I’ll be provided a car endangering when I return back to the rental place..upon my arrival.. didn’t keep their word wanted to change me for a replacement key of over $200…, ended up checking out earlier than expected, made me late for work! I contacted their Corporate office, still no return call… my initial cost for a 1 day rental was $176… they overcharged me on my. Credit card to over $446..??? Worse car rental never again!
Too much confusing information which caused me to miss my USAA discount. Plus i had had to call three days after a promised dollar amount to be returned to my card. It had not been accomplished but was later informed that the individual making the promise of the return of funds to my card was not a supervisor and could not complete that transaction. But no follow through from that individual to ensure funds were posted back after i declined the additional insurance coverage.
I really enjoy renting from Enterprise especially the location in Pearson they make renting cars so easy and does not make it stressful. Enjoyed my rental
Honestly, if I could get a negative number I would. This place never has enough people working to support the customer base help in-person, in a reasonable time frame, or answer the phone. Again today, I've tried to return a vehicle and there were 3 people waiting and 1 person working. After 20 minutes and no progress on the first customer. I give up and left. I called and have been on hold twice for more than 20 minutes each time with no one answering the phone at the local location. Find a different franchise. I see other comments below about people commenting about the wait. They obviously share their concern, but take no action.
This Enterprise on Broadway in Pearland is my favorite location to rent a car for my out of town travel. They are professional and always so courteous. It is always a simple process. They always try to accommodate you with the car you want and go out of their way to make suee the customer is happy
The young guy and the other woman were very nice and helpful, but the woman behind the counter in the black shirt was incredibly annoying and condescending. I was in there for about 20 minutes and it's like she never learned how to put on a smile and speak to a customer like they're not beneath her. The young man and the tall attractive woman were welcoming and seemed like they actually cared about good service, but the short one in the black shirt? Terrible attitude masked behind a very thin almost-smile.
Amazing service! Alex and his team got me in and out in a matter of minutes. They seriously made things super convenient for me. I will be using them again if I need a rental in the future. Can't recommend them enough!
Beyond expectations! Rented truck from here because of insurance repair to my F350. The only thing available at the time was a Ram 1500. When I picked up truck everything was good except that it did not have a hitch which I need for my business. Once I got in truck i realized it smelled really strong of smoking and cologne. I was disappointed and was dealing with it. It was bad, every time I got home my kids and wife said I smelled bad lol.... Kevin called the first day I had the truck and asked how it everything was. I kindly told him all was good except the smell. He immediately apologized and applied a discount and said he was committed to finding me a better truck. By the third day he found me a new model F150 with the premium interior and and tow hitch! I never once reached out complained about smell or no hitch nor had I planned on it. Kevin remembered our initial conversation and my questions about wanting a Ford and a tow hitch. He went out of his way to make those his priority ASAP and followed up to check on me. This is EXACTLY how customer service should be! This makes customers for life. Thanks Kevin!!
